 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Our Multi Sector Group client is looking for an exceptional candidate to streamline administrative, logistics, maintenance, and supplier functions across the Group&rsquo;s diverse sectors. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance while supporting growth across retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and other divisions.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Administration
 
 
 &bull; Lead daily operations of the Admin Department
 
 
 &bull; Develop and implement group-wide policies, SOPs, and process improvements
 
 
 &bull; Supervise documentation, asset control, and recordkeeping
 
 
 &bull; Liaise with government entities (Municipality, Civil Defense, DED) for permits and compliance
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with mall management for lease renewals, decorations, and fit-out approvals
 
 
 &bull; Manage facilities, leases, and property insurance
 
 
 Logistics &amp; Supply Chain
 
 
 &bull; Oversee logistics operations across stores, warehouses, and production sites
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate transportation, customs clearance, and inventory movement
 
 
 &bull; Monitor logistics performance and control freight costs
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely delivery
 
 
 Maintenance &amp; Facility Management
 
 
 &bull; Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all business units
 
 
 &bull; Supervise internal teams and external service providers (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
 
 
 &bull; Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
 
 
 &bull; Prepare maintenance schedules, contracts, and budgets
 
 
 Supplier &amp; Vendor Affairs
 
 
 &bull; Build and maintain vendor relationships
 
 
 &bull; Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and credit terms
 
 
 &bull; Evaluate supplier performance and ensure timely payments
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with procurement on vendor selection and qualification
 
 
 Financial &amp; Budgetary
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and monitor administration and maintenance budgets
 
 
 &bull; Track expenditures and implement cost control
 
 
 &bull; Support internal audits and ensure transparency
 
 
 Team Leadership
 
 
 &bull; Lead administration, logistics, and maintenance teams
 
 
 &bull; Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
 
 
 Internal &amp; External Coordination
 
 
 &bull; Internal: Heads of Departments, Line Managers
 
 
 &bull; External: Suppliers, Government entities, Mall Management

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
 
 
 &bull; 8&ndash;12 years in administration/operations, preferably in multi-industry groups
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of UAE laws and compliance
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in logistics, vendor management, and maintenance
 
 
 &bull; Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
 
 
 &bull; UAE driving license preferred
