 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Production Planning Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing production data, optimizing planning processes, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet production demands. This role requires a strong background in data analysis, supply chain operations, and forecasting techniques.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collect, analyze, and interpret production and supply chain data to improve planning and scheduling efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support production planning decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure alignment of supply and demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within production planning processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support capacity planning by analyzing historical data and forecasting future demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data accuracy and integrity across production planning systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT and systems teams to enhance data collection and reporting tools.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills &amp; Abilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in production planning, data analysis, or supply chain analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
 </li>
