</b></h5><div>We are seeking a highly experienced People Operations Professional to lead the end-to-end People Operation function in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of KSA labor laws and local legislation, coupled with a proven track record of supporting global organizations. This role combines strategic People Operations leadership with country-level coordination responsibility for Saudi Arabia (KSA). The position is pivotal in building, localising, and scaling People Operations capabilities while acting as the primary HR and people-related interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in KSA.
</div></div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h5>
<div><b>HR Strategy :</b><br>
<ul><li>
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and local requirements.</li><li>
Provide strategic HR support to the CPO and Executive Team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Oivan HR Global team, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.</li><li>
Manage and maintain local and internal labor market benchmarking, identifying intersections and diversions, and making recommendations to resolve anomalies.</li><li>
Review and cross-reference Oivan C&amp;B with competitors, make recommendations accordingly.</li></ul><br>
<br>
<b>Compliance &amp; Labor Law Expertise:</b><br>
<ul><li>
Act as the local subject-matter expert on KSA labor laws, employment regulations, Saudization policies, and HR best practices</li><li>
Ensure full compliance across all HR activities, contracts, policies, and employment practices within Oivan and in collaboration with partners.</li><li>
Provide guidance on employment legislation, dispute resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee lifecycle compliance</li><li>
Monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, and proactively advise leadership on required actions.</li><li>
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to labor authorities or customer requirements.</li></ul>

<b>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:</b><ul><li>
Manage and develop a local HR team of two Human Resource Specialists, setting clear priorities, coaching, and ensuring operational excellence</li><li>
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.</li><li>
Coach and support local and regional leadership, enabling effective people management practices.</li><li>
Drive and continuously improve local performance management, development, and feedback processes, aligned with global frameworks.</li><li>
Lead engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and retention strategies tailored to the KSA context.</li></ul><b>
Office Operations &amp; Logistics:</b><br>
<ul><li>
Oversee office property operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and lease agreements in conjunction with local operations manager.</li><li>
Manage logistics and ensure smooth operational workflows for the office.</li></ul><b>
Customer-Facing People Operations &amp; Projects (KSA)</b><br>

Act as a people operations partner for customers, supporting:<ul><li>
Workforce setup and scaling</li><li>
Compliance and employment model discussions</li><li>
HR process alignment for joint delivery</li><li>
Lead HR-related customer projects, such as onboarding frameworks, workforce transitions, and local policy implementations.</li><li>
Represent Oivan&rsquo;s people practices professionally in customer and partner engagements.</li></ul>

<ul><li>8+ years of experience in HR / People Operations, with strong exposure to KSA labor law and employment practices.</li><li>
Proven experience acting as a country HR lead, HR business partner, or people operations manager in a regulated environment.</li><li>
Experience working with international or global HR teams and aligning local practices with global frameworks.</li><li>
Prior exposure to customer-facing HR or people-related projects is highly desirable</li><li>
Deep, hands-on knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and employment regulations.</li><li>
Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, benefits design, and workforce planning.</li><li>
Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical people processes.</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders, customers, and external partners.</li><li>
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and scaling them over time.</li><li>
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.</li></ul>

People Operations Manager

1. Achieving Strategic Account Growth within 12 Months:&bull; Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of 3-5 governmental/enterprise clients, leading to a pipeline of new opportunities valued at over SAR 30 million and achieving a 30 % increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) from upsell and cross-sell initiatives.2. Establish C-Level Relationships within 6 Months:&bull; Build trusted-advisor relationships with key executive stakeholders (CTO, CRO, CDO and CFO) within each account. &bull; You will achieve this by conducting regular account reviews that demonstrate measurable value and align Oivan&rsquo;s digital transformation solutions with their core business objectives.3. Lead and Win Complex Sales Cycles:&bull; Take full ownership of the commercial process for new opportunities within your accounts. &bull; You will lead the creation of compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with our Delivery and Technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions are successfully implemented, on time and on budget.&bull; Personally design and validate solutions to win deals by hands-on preparation of high-level architectures (HLD), MVP definitions, and PoCs, including effort estimation and implementation planning, ensuring proposals are technically sound, executable, and commercially competitive.4. Become the Voice of the Customer:&bull; Act as the primary advocate for your clients within Oivan. &bull; Proactively monitor account health, manage escalations, and provide structured feedback to our Product and Management teams on market trends and client needs directly influence our service roadmap.5. Ensure Flawless Commercial Management:&bull; Drive the contract renewal process for all accounts in your portfolio, aiming for a 100% renewal rate. What You Have</b></h4><p>
Required (Must-Haves)&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.&bull; 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in a software / IT / digital services company.&bull; Previous experience in software architecture and system development&bull; Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts.&bull; Experience selling software solutions, digital services, or managed services (e.g., web/mobile development, cloud, cybersecurity, or similar).&bull; Strong commercial skills: pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and contract management.&bull; Excellent communication and presentation skills in [English / Arabic].&bull; Excellent negotiation skills&bull; Ability to collaborate with technical teams (Architects, Delivery, Product, and Support) and translate business needs into solution opportunities.<br>
