Key Responsibilities:1. Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>2. Customer Service<ul><li>Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.</li></ul>3. Staff Management<ul><li>Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.</li><li>Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.</li><li>Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain performance standards.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.</li></ul>4. Inventory &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stock loss.</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and head office for timely stock replenishment.</li><li>Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.</li></ul>5. Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security standards.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Monitor cash handling and financial transactions accurately.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.</li></ul>6. Marketing &amp; Visual Merchandising<ul><li>Implement and oversee promotional campaigns within the store.</li><li>Maintain high standards of visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.</li><li>Suggest creative ideas to attract more customers and boost sales.</li></ul>7. Administration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and share sales, inventory, and staff performance reports with management.</li><li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and report insights to management.</li><li>Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve sellout.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, promotions, and upselling strategies.</li><li>Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers and train staff.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From RO250.000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
