Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an Inpatient and Emergency Room settings.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.</li><li>Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Utilize EMR systems for efficient patient record management.</li><li>Perform procedures as appropriate</li><li>Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving during emergency situations.</li><li>Uphold infection control standards and promote a safe healthcare environment.</li></ul>Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems</li><li>Familiarity with various nursing specialties including pediatrics, geriatrics, hospice &amp; palliative medicine, and behavioral health.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques.</li><li>Experience with procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, tube feeding, and airway management.</li><li>Understanding of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate medical documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $31.45 - $39.08 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
