<div><b>About The Opportunity</b></div>
<div>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. Compliance team, supporting OKX's U.S. operations and assisting the BSA Officer and Senior Compliance Manager in ensuring adherence to all local regulatory requirements. This role is a hybrid of regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance, with responsibilities spanning money transmitter licensing (MTL) maintenance, regulatory reporting, escheatment/abandoned property management, and customer due diligence (CDD).</div>
<div>You will serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. regulatory requirements, oversee critical compliance obligations, and partner with cross-functional teams to manage financial crime risks and regulatory expectations. This is a key position that requires both operational execution and strategic oversight to support the integrity and resilience of our compliance program.</div>

<div><b>What You'll Be Doing:</b></div>
<div><b>Licensing &amp; Regulatory Reporting:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Maintain and renew 40+ state money transmitter licenses (MTLs), including renewals, biennial reports, corporate updates, and new license applications.</div>
</li><li><div>Manage a large portfolio of regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and biennial reports.</div>
</li><li><div>Coordinate with state regulators on annual assessments, examinations, and ad-hoc requests.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain a detailed calendar of licensing and reporting deadlines, proactively addressing requirements.</div>
</li><li><div>Collaborate with executives, counsel, and regulators on attestations, filings, and corporate disclosures.</div>
</li><li><div>Document and streamline licensing, reporting, and compliance workflows to ensure consistency and audit readiness.</div>
</li><li><div>Previous experience overseeing escheatment and state MTL licensing programs, including preparing and submitting filings through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)</div>
</li></ul><div><b>Escheatment &amp; Abandoned Property:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Oversee compliance with state unclaimed property and escheatment requirements, including customer outreach, due diligence, and timely reporting/remittance of abandoned property.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain accurate records of dormant accounts, uncashed checks, and other escheatable property.</div>
</li><li><div>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of abandoned property obligations.</div>
</li><li><div>Serve as the compliance point of contact for regulators and auditors on escheatment-related matters.</div>
</li></ul><div><b>Customer Due Diligence</b><b> &amp; Escalations:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Conduct comprehensive CDD and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews for retail and institutional clients, including verification of identity, beneficial ownership, and source of funds/wealth.</div>
</li><li><div>Investigate escalations related to PEPs, sanctions screening, and adverse media, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.</div>
</li><li><div>Support Payment Risk, Fraud, and Market Surveillance teams by conducting due diligence reviews on escalated cases and suspicious activity.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure data quality across compliance systems.</div>
</li><li><div>Collaborate cross-functionally to refine escalation workflows, improve screening processes, and strengthen risk rating frameworks.</div>
</li></ul><div><b>Compliance Program Support:
</b></div><ul><li><div>Assist with regulatory mapping and reporting to ensure U.S. compliance obligations are identified and met.</div>
</li><li><div>Review onboarding and lifecycle escalations for AML/CFT and sanctions adherence.</div>
</li><li><div>Monitor compliance program effectiveness through oversight metrics and reporting.</div>
</li><li><div>Support audits and regulatory examinations by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.</div>
</li></ul><div><b>What We Look For In You:</b></div>
<ul><li><div>4+ years of experience in compliance, AML/CDD, licensing, or regulatory risk within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.</div>
</li><li><div>Strong understanding of U.S. financial services regulations, AML/CFT obligations, sanctions regimes, MTL licensing requirements, and escheatment laws.</div>
</li><li><div>Proven experience managing complex compliance reporting programs and regulatory submissions.</div>
</li><li><div>Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.</div>
</li><li><div>Strong communication skills for interactions with internal stakeholders, executives, regulators, and counsel.</div>
</li><li><div>High ethical standards, professional integrity, and willingness to challenge and escalate when needed.</div>
</li><li><div>Familiarity with compliance systems, NMLS, and regulatory reporting portals.</div>

</li><li><div>Industry certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CFE, PMI).</div>
</li><li><div>Familiarity with crypto products, blockchain analytics, and emerging financial crime typologies.</div>
</li><li><div>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience).</div>
