The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center is looking for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join their Evening shift team! This position performs crisis intervention services through evaluations and assessments and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning.

</li></ul>Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours! Below is the list of shift differential pay that you can use to boost your hourly pay rate. You can also stack your shift differential pay. For example, working nights on the weekends earns you an extra $15.00 an hour.<ul><li>
Evenings &ndash; extra $3.75 hr</li><li>
Nights &ndash; extra $6.00 hr.</li><li>
Weekends &ndash; extra $9.00 hr.</li><li>
Holidays &ndash; extra $3.00 hr.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or closely related field,</li><li>
Must possess a license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC-MH, or similar license in the behavioral health field.</li></ul>

About the Position: This position performs complex clerical work for one or more first-level managers, including but not limited to: Staff scheduling, assisting with payroll, secretarial duties, maintaining general office files and records, typing official meeting minutes, handling mail, answering phones, composing important correspondence without oversight, and interpreting administrative decisions and policies. This position also examines and verifies reports for completeness, attends conferences and meetings, and may serve as a timekeeper for assigned staff; and other duties as assigned. This particular position will assist our Nursing Services department, especially with scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: This position requires 3 years of experience performing a variety of complex clerical and typing work; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Plus, knowledge of supervisory principles and practices. 
 
Experience with staffing and scheduling is preferred.

Upon a conditional offer of employment, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Behavioral Case Manager I: Education and Experience requirements at this level consists of a High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or High School Equivalency (HSE) Credential and six (6) months of behavioral health experience.</li><li>
Behavioral Case Manager II: Thirty-six (36) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent or</li><li>
Sixty (60) college credit hours and have a minimum of twelve (12) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder or</li><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field and have a minimum of six (6) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder or</li><li>
Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral health related field or</li><li>
Have a current license as a registered nurse in the State of Oklahoma with documented experience in behavioral health care.</li><li>
Senior Behavioral Case Manager II &ndash; Same Minimum Qualification as a Behavioral Case Manager II plus 2 additional years of experience as a case manager.</li></ul>
