As a Universal Banker your duties will include:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Responding to and assisting members with inquiries and problem resolution</li><li>Establishing member relationships through courteous and friendly service</li><li>Identifying Member needs and referring financial products and services</li><li>Contributing to a positive, professional team environment</li><li>Working within established policies, procedures, and guidelines</li><li>Opening new accounts for Members</li><li>Helping with consumer loans</li></ul>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)</li><li>One or more years of experience in sales, retail or banking environment; including sales management, customer experience and relationship management preferred</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>Can work effectively as a team member</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Great attention-to-detail</li><li>Strong time management skills</li><li>Professional and positive attitude</li><li>Consistently work hours as scheduled</li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The items described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
