Minimum Qualifications
Level II Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree plus one year of professional experience in conducting criminal investigations for a government agency and must be CLEET peace officer certified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional experience in conducting criminal investigations for a government agency or professional social work experience assessing the needs of individuals who have applied for government assistance programs and determining eligibility for each year of the required bachelor's degree.
Level III Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree plus three years of professional experience in conducting criminal investigations for a government agency and must be CLEET peace officer certified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional experience in conducting criminal investigations for a government agency or professional social work experience assessing the needs of individuals who have applied for government assistance programs and determining eligibility for each year of the required bachelor's degree. 
Job Duties<ul><li>
This is a commissioned peace officer position.
</li><li>The incumbent is tasked with the investigation of crimes committed against DHS or programs administered by DHS while strictly following agency policies, State law, Federal law, the U.S. Constitution, the State Constitution, and established case law.
</li><li>The incumbent is tasked with investigating violations of Title 56 OS 243- Food Stamp Fraud, Title 56 OS 185- Public Assistance Fraud, and Title 56 OS 1005.1- Medicaid Eligibility Fraud.
</li><li>The incumbent is also tasked with investigating administrative violations of Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 340 and the Code of Federal Regulations Title 7.</li></ul> 
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license at the time of appointment. ## Incumbents for this position will be required to: Meet the qualifications for permanent appointment as Police or Peace Officers as provided for in Title 70, Section 3311 O.S. 2001; possess the ability and willingness to carry a firearm and use deadly force as required; have and maintain physical and mental stamina to perform the work; be willing to accept the physical discomforts and/or dangers inherent in the work, be willing to be on call 
twenty-four (24) hours a day seven (7) days a week; be willing to work varied shifts and work days, including holidays; pass a rigorous character and background investigation; pass a psychological evaluation as required by state statutes; be willing to travel frequently and be away from home for extended periods of time; be willing to transfer where needed and to accept assignment anywhere in the state. The Department of Human Services has determined that some positions in this job family are safety 
sensitive as defined by 63 O.S. &sect; 427.8.

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
This position is full-time in an office setting.</li><li>
Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customer with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents timely and accurately.</li><li>
Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy.</li><li>
Services as the EBT Clerk.</li><li>
Make appropriate program referrals to community resources.</li><li>
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Participate in individual and staff conferences.</li><li>
Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.</li><li>
Writes, presents, and interprets information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.</li><li>
Performing various backup duties as required.</li></ul>
