ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a Pipefitter Journeyman, you&rsquo;ll bring hands-on expertise to complex projects in semiconductor, industrial, and high-purity piping environments. You&rsquo;ll oversee crews installing stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic piping systems (including PVDF, PP, and PVC), ensuring precision, efficiency, and accountability on every task. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY<ul><li>
Lead and supervise crews of pipefitters and apprentices on active construction projects.</li><li>
Plan and organize daily work to meet production and schedule goals.</li><li>
Interpret isometrics, P&amp;IDs, and construction drawings accurately.</li><li>
Coordinate manpower, materials, and tools for optimal workflow.</li><li>
Inspect layout, fit-up, and installation to meet specifications and cleanliness standards.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with superintendents, QA/QC, and safety teams.</li><li>
Track crew hours, materials, and progress; report updates to project leadership.</li><li>
Promote and enforce all company and site safety policies.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Adhere to strict site safety standards.</li><li>
Ability to work long hours as necessary</li><li>
Ability to move in and around confined, clutter-filled, and uneven areas.</li></ul> 
 
YOU&rsquo;RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE<ul><li>
5+ years of pipefitting experience, with 2+ years in a journeyman or lead role.</li><li>
NCCER Certification a plus</li><li>
Experience in semiconductor or high-purity piping environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with plastic piping systems (PVDF, PP, PVC) and fusion processes.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive field productivity.</li><li>
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and P&amp;IDs.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.</li><li>
OSHA 30 and cleanroom experience preferred.</li></ul>
