 About the Role:
 
 
 
 The Senior Director of Planning, Procurement and Production oversees all aspects of production, planning, procurement, vendor, and contract manufacturing management. This leader will play a critical role in scaling our operations, improving margins, and delivering flawless execution of the day-to-day supply chain operations.
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 Production Planning &amp; Manufacturing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and efficient production schedules while meeting quality standards and timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize relationships with contract manufacturers (CMOs) and fillers
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-functional leadership across PM, QA, Distribution, and Demand planning to deliver flawless execution of the production plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Hold the team accountable to deliver production plans aligned with commercial goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales trends and consumer demand to adjust planning assumptions accordingly
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Procurement &amp; Vendor Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day vendor management activities, including but not limited to tracking, execution, and reconciliation
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts for optimal cost, quality, and lead time
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement scorecard accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Supply Chain Optimization

 Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain to enhance speed, efficiency, and resilience
 </li>

 Optimize working capital by balancing inventory levels with demand risk
 </li>

 Lead efforts in supply chain digitization, data visibility, and ERP utilization
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Leadership &amp; Team Management

 Lead and develop a high-performing team across procurement, operations, and production functions

 Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

 Partner with Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to support innovation and compliance

 10&ndash;15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or operations; at least 5 years in a leadership role
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in the beauty, personal care, CPG, or luxury goods industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of supply chain systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan) and production management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with contract manufacturers and global suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and P&amp;L impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for the beauty industry and consumer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience scaling operations in a high-growth or startup environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in sustainable sourcing or green packaging initiatives

 Our Total Rewards:
 
 
 
 The annual base pay for this position is
 
 $225,000 - $235,000
 
 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.

About the Role:</h2>

We are seeking a qualified Procurement Assistant to support the Procurement and Sourcing team by collating, organizing, and entering data into digital databases. The role will require attention to detail, as a key focus will be data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage team inboxes for shipping and receiving within Supplier Network</li>
<li>Proactively communicate with Suppliers on upcoming shipment status</li>
<li>Process Purchase Order Receipts</li>
<li>Create, fulfill, and Receive Transfer Orders</li>
<li>Sort, organize, and archive supporting documents for Procurement transactions in NetSuite</li>
<li>Distribute and update Open Purchase Order Lines and Open Transfer Order Reports</li>
<li>Monitor and support Procurement-related tasks with Finance and Distribution teams</li>
<li>Provide additional data gathering support for Operations team and NetSuite integrity</li>
<li>Identify issues and opportunities</li>
</ul>
Works with:

<li>Procurement for open purchase orders and vendor management</li>
<li>Finance for 3-way matching of PO receipts</li>
<li>Distribution for inbound receiving process</li>

<li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
