Responsibilities:

The Private Wealth IST &amp; Wealth Advisor Development Program Director is responsible for overseeing a team of advisors in the Private Wealth Management organization of Old National Bank.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role leads several strategic teams, including the Investment Strategy Team (a centralized call center supporting clients outside of branch-based Private Wealth Advisors), the Junior Advisor program, and Insurance Consultants aligned to Community Banking. Additionally, the role is accountable for Direct-to-Consumer wealth initiatives.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Program Manager combines strong leadership, relationship management, and problem-solving capabilities to enhance advisor experience, support client outcomes, and drive strategic business initiatives across the Private Wealth organization.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Salary Range</b></div><div>
The salary range for this position is $127,900/yr - $258,600/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Key Accountabilities</b></div><div><b>
Investment Strategy Team Leadership (Call Center Model)</b></div><ul><li>
Lead and develop a 6&ndash;10 person centralized Investment Strategy team supporting clients outside of branch-based advisor relationships</li><li>
Oversee inbound/outbound client engagement, portfolio guidance, and service delivery standards</li><li>
Ensure consistent investment messaging and alignment with firm strategy and product offerings</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and client satisfaction outcomes</li><li>
Partner with product and research teams to deliver timely investment insights</li></ul><div><b>
Advisor Development &amp; Team Leadership</b></div><ul><li>
Lead the Junior Advisor program, including onboarding, training, coaching, and career development pathways</li><li>
Establish structured development programs to build future Private Wealth Advisors</li><li>
Provide ongoing mentorship and performance management for emerging advisor talent</li><li>

The Corporate Treasury Analyst Lead is responsible for sourcing and integrating data from multiple internal and external systems and automating recurring process to support to support the bank&rsquo;s treasury functions. This role involves building tools for liquidity forecasting, interest rate risk analysis, capital planning, and balance sheet optimization. The lead collaborates with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Source, extract, and consolidate data from external sources and core treasury systems.</li><li>
Build and maintain internal data sources and curated datasets in Databricks ensuring Treasury teams have centralized, high-quality data to support models.</li><li>
Develop SQL queries, APIs, and ETL processes to move and transform large datasets.</li><li>
Design and implement automated workflows (Python, SQL, Power Automate) to streamline treasury reporting and reduce manual processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into treasury processes and reporting.</li><li>
Serve as a bridge between Treasury and data engineering teams by developing reusable data products in Databricks.</li><li>
Drive innovation in analytics platforms and data visualization tools.</li><li>
Ensure model governance, documentation, and validation in line with regulatory expectations.</li><li>
Support stress testing and regulatory submissions (e.g., CCAR, DFAST, LCR, NSFR).</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

We are currently hiring for a Client Service Representative. We are seeking individuals who are customer focused and have a strong desire to help our clients meet their financial objectives. A Client Service Representative position is a key customer service position within the company. This position provides a variety of duties to include introducing bank products and services to customers, participating in the sales program, processing debit and credit transactions and assisting with customer relation issues. This person is also responsible for ordering and shipping all cash for the banking center, and CTR record keeping. Client Service Representative has the additional responsibility of managing the banking center vault which includes; balancing the vault, disbursing cash to other designated team members and ordering/shipping currency as needed. This position may also have the responsibility of opening new accounts.</p><p></p><div><b><br>
Salary Range</b></div><div>
The salary range for this position is $17.00/hr. - $27.50/hr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.</div><p></p><p><b><br>
