We are a growing firm looking to add some aligned team members as we continue to grow.<ul><li>Looking for someone capable of handing paperwork received from State and Federal Agencies</li><li>Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Online required.</li><li>A basic understanding of financial statements.</li><li>Understanding of GAAP</li><li>Create journal entries</li><li>Analytical Mindset</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Great communication - an ability to admit when they need help through a problem, or see something that needs further investigation.</li><li>Routine weekly / monthly updates as well as special projects</li><li>Ability to work an EST time zone</li></ul>We value great communication, and are willing to train the right candidate.Bookkeeping from home is an excellent skill to have. We are looking for candidates that have a little more knowledge than basic data entry, and have the ability to read a balance sheet and understand how their work impacts the financial statements.This is a long-term position.
