Job Summary 
Oldcastle Lawn and Garden is looking for a strong leader to manage all aspects of a fast-paced mulch, soil and stone manufacturing facility located in Hartville, OH. Daily duties include monitoring key metrics, safety, production flow and material costs. In this role, the Site Manager will have responsibility and accountability for bottom-line results.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities 
Team Leadership &amp; Management 
<ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Social Media Managers, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.</li><li>
Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountable team culture.</li><li>
Manage workload distribution across accounts and oversee day-to-day content calendars.</li><li>
Serve as the primary escalation point for approvals, brand decisions, and cross-functional alignment.</li></ul> 
Senior Leadership LinkedIn &mdash; Agency Management 
<ul><li>
Own the strategy and output for senior leadership LinkedIn profiles, managed in partnership with an external agency.</li><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and internal stakeholders, translating brand voice, business priorities, and executive narratives into compelling content briefs.</li><li>
Review and approve all content before publication, ensuring accuracy, tone, and alignment with corporate messaging.</li><li>
Track performance metrics and hold the agency accountable to defined goals and deliverables.</li></ul> 
Corporate Social Media &mdash; Collaboration with Corporate Comms 
<ul><li>
Co-own the corporate social media presence alongside the Corporate Communications team, maintaining a consistent and unified brand voice.</li><li>
Collaborate with Corporate Comms to align social content with broader communications strategy, press releases, and company announcements.</li><li>
Manage content planning, publishing cadence, and community engagement across all corporate channels.</li><li>
Serve as the social media subject matter expert in cross-functional content reviews and editorial meetings.</li></ul> 
Brand Account Management 
<ul><li>
Oversee social media strategy and execution for an additional brand account, ensuring content is platform-native, audience-relevant, and brand-consistent.</li><li>
Guide creative direction in collaboration with design and content teams.</li><li>
Monitor community engagement and ensure timely, on-brand responses.</li><li>
Identify growth opportunities specific to the brand's target audience and business objectives.</li></ul> 
Strategy &amp; Planning 
<ul><li>
Develop and own the annual and quarterly social media strategy across all accounts, aligned to broader marketing and business objectives.</li><li>
Identify opportunities on emerging platforms and capitalize on cultural trends to drive brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>
Build and maintain a cohesive cross-channel content calendar.</li><li>
Continue to evolve channel-specific playbooks, brand voice guides, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency at scale.</li></ul> 
Reporting &amp; Analytics 
<ul><li>
Define, track, and report on KPIs across all social accounts, including reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions.</li><li>
Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations.</li><li>
Leverage data to continuously optimize content strategy, posting cadence, and channel mix.</li><li>
Monitor the competitive landscape and benchmark performance against industry standards.</li></ul> 
Driving Results 
<ul><li>
Set ambitious, measurable performance targets in partnership with Brand and Social Media Managers.</li><li>
Champion a test-and-learn culture, piloting new content formats, organic campaign ideas, and audience strategies.</li><li>
Collaborate with paid media and performance marketing teams on social advertising strategies as needed.</li><li>
Translate business goals into social-first campaigns that build brand equity and deliver measurable outcomes.</li></ul> 
Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
6+ years of social media experience, with at least 2 years in management or team lead role.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li>
Proven experience managing agency relationships and executive or leadership social profiles.</li><li>
Deep platform expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.</li><li>
Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for brand voice and storytelling.</li><li>
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Communications, Brand, and Creative teams.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>
Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.</li><li>
Background in content strategy, editorial planning, or digital marketing.</li><li>
Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.</li></ul>
