Job Summary 
 
Works with production manager in the coordination and scheduling of workflow within or between plant functional areas to expedite production while producing a superior product. 
 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Perform as working team leader of mobile equipment operators
</li><li>Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow</li><li>
Coordinate and work with ops coordinator and workers for timely production of all jobs, maintenance of normal inventory and development of new products</li><li>
Prepare and distribute required daily reporting</li><li>
Operate a variety of material moving equipment including (but not limited to) forklifts</li><li>
Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations</li><li>
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances</li><li>
Participate in the development of work plans</li><li>
Enforce safety regulation</li><li>
Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of equipment</li><li>
Analyze and resolve work problems</li><li>
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
</li></ul> 
Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma and min. of 1-year related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Previous forklift operator experience: experience operating front end loader, man-lift and sweeper is preferred</li><li>
Must have project management abilities and a solid understanding of workflow processes as well as being able to work with timeliness and accuracy to specified deadlines</li><li>
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form</li><li>
Conduct self with integrity and ethical practices</li><li>
Capacity to lead by example</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate with every level of the organization effectively</li><li>
Demonstrate ability to delegate and/or authority where applicable</li><li>
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred</li><li>
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time</li><li>
Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs</li><li>
Ability to work in outdoor environment for majority of assigned shift</li></ul>

Job Summary 
 
This position is responsible for the dispatch function, coordinating with sales department, shipping, receiving, customer, delivery truck services and the logistics operations. 
 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Prepare invoices, delivery tickets and related shipping documents</li><li>
Plan effective delivery routes and assign drivers for scheduled deliveries</li><li>
Work closely with customer service to understand the product availability and logistic issues of specific projects</li><li>
Take orders from customers and get their order out on time</li><li>
Inspect all shipping department equipment to ensure that they are in working order</li><li>
Check and review all orders assigned before they are shipped against delivery tickets</li><li>
Coordinate deliveries with company truck drivers and external trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers</li><li>
Work closely with independent truck drivers to ensure pick-up and delivery times, load weight compliance and secure loads</li><li>
Prepare and review loading/unloading, daily shipping reports and delivery logs</li><li>
Submit daily invoicing to A/P once deliveries are dispatched</li><li>
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed</li></ul> 

Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience in related function</li><li>
At least 1 year of related experience</li><li>
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook</li><li>
Excellent mathematical and communication skills</li><li>
May require occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.</li><li>
Endure intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing and pulling</li><li>
Walking and standing for long periods of time</li></ul> 

Job Compensation 
 
Hourly Pay is 25-28/HR
