Job Summary 
This position will perform general administrative and dispatcher duties for the department it is assigned to. Individual will perform routine clerical functions and may support more than one department simultaneously. 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Perform a variety of clerical work involving standardized forms, reports, data, and procedures using established instruction/routines</li><li>
Prepare simple forms or reports; sort and files documentation</li><li>
Maintain historical records by filing documents</li><li>
Read and route incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and correspondence or other printed materials</li><li>
Maintain postage meter and stamp outgoing mail</li><li>
Compose and type routine correspondence</li><li>
Organize and maintain file systems, and file correspondence and other records</li><li>
Answer and screen managers' phone calls, arrange conference calls and meetings, maintain conference room schedule</li><li>
Greet visitors and direct to appropriate area or person</li><li>
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, record and transcribe meeting minutes</li><li>
Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance</li><li>
Provide support for assigned department (s)</li><li>
Develop and grow internal and external customer relationships for the purpose of improving the company's growth</li><li>
Conduct research and compile and type statistical reports</li><li>
Some A/P &amp; A/R filing and file maintenance</li><li>
Update and maintain company phone list</li><li>
Maintain supply of promotional printed material, such as brochures, price books, color charts, binders, etc.</li><li>
Answer phone calls and support the receptionist as needed</li><li>
Assist the Site Manager in the day to day office functions to ensure efficiency</li><li>
Assist the Site Manager with Human Resources and Payroll</li><li>
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed</li></ul>

High school diploma, Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred, or equivalent of one plus years&rsquo; office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>

Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>

Ability to perform sedentary work including prolonged sitting and repetitive use of fingers and hands for typing</li><li>
Available to work overtime as necessary</li><li>

Compensation

Payrate for this position is $21</li><li>

Job Summary 
This role is responsible for ensuring the proper mechanical functioning of plant equipment and machinery and to troubleshoot any electrical/electronic malfunctions, completing appropriate repairs and maintenance. 
Job Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Maintain and repair all electrical and mechanical equipment in the production area</li><li>
Make repairs and adjustments to machinery, dismantling all or parts of machinery to repair or replace defective components</li><li>
Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed or repaired machines and equipment</li><li>
Prepare maintenance reports</li><li>
Maintain production equipment in good operating condition while optimizing equipment uptime</li><li>
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings</li><li>
Diagnose and test malfunctioning machinery and discuss malfunction with other facility personnel</li><li>
Replace or repair faulty electrical and mechanical components of machine</li><li>
Calibrate and adjust all electrical and mechanical equipment according to manufacturer&rsquo;s specifications</li><li>
Improve reliability and operating efficiency of plant equipment</li><li>
Maintain proper stock of tools and electrical parts to perform routine work</li><li>
Weld and fabricate</li><li>
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to Oldcastle standards</li><li>
Housekeeping of maintenance shop and production areas</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul> 
Job Requirements<ul><li> 
High school diploma/equivalent or completion of technical school or equivalent in training, experience and education</li><li>
At least 2 years of industrial experience in electrical or mechanical support functions</li><li>
Must be knowledgeable of OSHA safety requirements, especially those related to electrical and mechanical operations and components</li><li>
Able to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints</li><li>
Full knowledge of three phase 480-volt equipment</li><li>
Working knowledge of three phase motors, programmable controls, circuits, computer interfaces and National Electrical Code</li><li>
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 80 lbs.</li><li>
Requires often climbing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, standing, walking, reaching, and twisting</li><li>
Ability to use tools and equipment to repair and provide maintenance while standing, crouching, stretching, extending extremities and under extreme work environments</li></ul>
