What You'll Will Get To Do

The Customer Service Representative is focused on servicing customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and processing orders. This position reports the Service Center Manger.

Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products and services of organization</li>
<li>Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution</li>
<li>Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time</li>
<li>Enter and track orders in our AS400 system</li>
<li>Accurately process phone, fax and email orders by data entry</li>
</ul>
Qualification Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year customer service experience</li>
<li>Computer experience, ability to accurately type numbers</li>
<li>Good problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize work deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast paced, team environment to meet required deadlines</li>

 Job responsibilities include:

 Follow Safety and Company Policies: Adhere to all company procedures, especially safety protocols like electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and hot work; complete monthly safety inspections and coordinate annual fire extinguisher checks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate and Repair Equipment: Learn to operate and repair a wide range of equipment (e.g., furnaces, sealant machines, forklifts, cranes); coordinate with manufacturers for complex repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Preventive Maintenance: Follow maintenance schedules, assist with the plant maintenance program, and document all tasks performed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Clean and Safe Work Areas: Keep tools secure and workspaces clean, safe, and organized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist Production and Drive Improvements: Help with production as needed, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, and suggest ways to improve products, services, and operations.

 PLC Expertise

 Well-Rounded Maintenance Skills
 
 : Experienced in universal maintenance across various systems and equipment.

 VFD Proficiency
 
 : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Electrical and Schematic Knowledge
 
 : Familiar with 24VDC control circuit wiring; ability to read technical drawings, with European schematics as a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Industry Experience
 
 : Glass plant experience is a plus.

What You'll Get to Do

 The Fleet Manager is focused on scheduling trucks for delivery and keeping the company in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, supervising drivers, and fleet maintenance.

 This role is perfect for an individual that can work independently, prioritize work activities and have strong organizational skills. A vital member of the team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

 Job responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Supervise drivers, ensure adherence to DOT and company policies, audit logs, and maintain driver qualification files.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Conduct driver training, schedule routes and deliveries, and coordinate workloads.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Prepare delivery schedules, bill of ladings, trip records, and fuel tax reports; manage common carrier shipments.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Inspect load securely, review proof of deliveries, handle rejected goods, and coordinate reorders.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Oversee vehicle maintenance programs and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards.</li></ul> 


 What We Are Looking For
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years managing DOT-regulated drivers and scheduling transportation; working knowledge of DOT regulations required.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively (verbal and written); basic math aptitude and computer familiarity.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must be able to read and use a tape measurer.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Professional, courteous communication with customers and drivers; safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience in the glass industry and a valid (unexpired) CDL are preferred.</li>
