What You'll Get to Do 

As a high-impact Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for aggressively growing revenue by expanding our footprint with existing customers and acquiring new accounts. You will own a sales territory with the expectation of exceeding $15M in annual sales, leveraging your drive, discipline, and strategic selling skills to outperform market trends. Promote and influencing the sale of entire line of products and services consistent with guidelines and strategy set forth by the company. To manage given territory which includes but is not limited to profitable sales, sales calls, sales action planning, formal reporting of sales activities, credit resolution, LEED and Project Review submittals, problem solving, technical assistance and assistance with accounts receivables as well as any other duties, within company guidelines, required to service the customer base.

Job responsibilities include:

<li>Consistently exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, solution selling, and account expansion</li>
<li>Develop and execute territory plans that prioritize high-value opportunities and customer segments.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking.</li>
<li>Partner with estimating and operations teams to deliver competitive proposals and close high-value deals.</li>
<li>Track and report performance metrics weekly, with a focus on pipeline velocity and close rates.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or glazing systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed $10M+ in annual sales revenue.</li>
<li>Track record of winning new business and expanding share of wallet with existing accounts.</li>
<li>Relentless hunter mindset with strong closing skills and a competitive drive to win.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales planning.</li>

What You'll Get to Do

The Quality Manager is focused on the quality program and ensure that required product, manufacturing testing, and reporting are completed to meet external industry and safety standards. and reports to the OpEx Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who drives quality standards, a problem solver and able to understand the customer. A vital member of the Operations Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

<li>Owns C&amp;R performance and reduction plan</li>
<li>Sustains plant QMS &ndash; Quality Management System</li>
<li>Owns plant certification requirements and submissions &ndash; IGCC / SGCC - Etc</li>
<li>Field support on customer jobsites (as needed)</li>
</ul>
What We Are Looking For
<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of 5 Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone, Pareto, PDCA, A3s</li>
</ul><ul><li><ul><li>Control plan and PFMEA development</li>
<li>Risk Priority Number (RPN) reduction and FMEA logic</li>
<li>Employee support &ndash; Soft skills
<ul><li>Presence on the production floor at min 70% of the time</li>
<li>Assist internal teams with quality-related problem solving.</li>
</ul></li><li>Corrective action development and verification -This is essential for addressing customer returns, defects, and internal process issues</li>
<li><ul><li>Knowledge on calibration schedules for gauges and equipment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Train employees on quality systems, processes, and assessment practices.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Structure and maintenance of QMS documentation</li>
<li>Participate in KPI reviews and countermeasure development.</li>
<li>Internal auditing methods, nonconformance handling, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)</li>
<li>Document control systems and revision management</li>
</ul><ul><li>Layered Process Audits (LPA) (Preferred knowledge using EASE)</li>
</ul>
</li></ul></li></ul>Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience in the glass processing industry or similar</li>
<li>Familiarity working in an environment that uses TPS, DBS , CORE or any similar Lean Continuous Improvement system</li></ul>
