Job Summary

Job Location 
This role is open to remote candidates with in the US. 
Job Responsibilities 
The Finance Business Process Analyst role is responsible for the areas outlined below within our global ERP Initiative: 
<ul><li>
Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes</li><li>
Gather detailed business requirements</li><li>
Test scenarios thoroughly to ensure they meet business requirements</li><li>
Ensure defects are identified during testing and resolved timely</li><li>
Document Business Process Design (PDD) and update any changes to standard as required</li><li>
Create job aids for day-to-day end users</li><li>
Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs for target audience</li><li>
Participate in Train the Trainer (TTT) events</li><li>
Deliver, reinforce, and sustain end user training activities (classroom / virtual)</li><li>
Support development of an on-going training and user adoption model</li><li>
Deliver Hyper-care support during Go Live where necessary</li><li>
Support monitoring of data integrity and support financial data loads</li><li>
Be a visible advocate for organizational change &amp; sustainability</li><li>
Support communication efforts to drive ERP awareness and adoption</li></ul> 
Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, or a closely related field</li><li>
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or other relevant business preferred</li><li>
5+ years experience in managing finance functions including</li><li><ul><li>
General Ledger</li><li>
Controlling including manufacturing costing experience</li><li>
Fixed Assets</li><li>
Reporting using external consolidation tools</li><li>
Accounts Receivable knowledge</li><li>
Accounts Payable knowledge</li></ul></li><li>
Data management for cutover of financial information such as open trail balance, fixed assets etc.</li><li>
Strong written and oral communication skills</li><li>
Humility to learn a new business, while applying relevant experience</li><li>
Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams while accepting ownership</li><li>
Ability to travel 60%+</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience functioning in a role requiring a consultative approach (internal or external)</li><li>
Contagious positive attitude that inspires change</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships</li><li>
Ability to communicate in a simple, articulate, thoughtful manner to varying audiences</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP or part of another ERP implementation team</li><li>

Compensation

Salary range of $100,000 to $110,000/year</li><li>

Job Summary: 
The Stormwater Structural Engineer III will collaborate with internal and external Customers to ensure that project-specific Stormwater solutions meet structural requirements. Additionally, the Structural Engineer III will proactively support the field sales team to establish and build civil engineering Customer relationships and meet the commercial objectives of the company. The Structural Engineer III will also play a crucial part in developing structural components in Product Development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Present project-specific solutions to civil engineering Customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products</li><li>
Provide accurate and high-quality design calculations, basic illustrations, and guidance to integrate and secure Oldcastle products within site plans, ensuring structural integrity</li><li>
Address project-specific inquiries and product structural requirements from civil engineering Customers</li><li>
Support area and internal team members to achieve team goals.</li><li>
Assist sales team during the project bid phase by providing design review and confirming appropriate product design</li><li>
Collaborate with area production teams to ensure alignment between production/shop drawings and manufacturing capabilities</li><li>
Provide project and technical support for submittal drawings, calculations, regulatory approvals, production, and product delivery</li><li>
Maintain engineering standards and procedures</li><li>
Accurately enter pertinent project information into the database, maintaining data integrity and enabling efficient project tracking and reporting</li><li>
Perform other assigned duties as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team and business</li></ul> 
Job Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering is required, Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred</li><li>
4+ years of experience with solid background in structural design</li><li>
Professional Engineering licensure preferred or the ability to obtain your Professional Engineering licensure within a year is required</li><li>
Experience in reinforced concrete analysis and design</li><li>
Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation and plans</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Excellent communicator and organizational</li><li>
Enthusiasm and passion for the business and achieving organizational goals</li><li>
Collaborator with ability to share thoughts openly, accept different ideas, and get the job done in a highly interactive process</li><li>
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CAD</li><li>
Experience with SAP200, Eriksson Culvert, MathCAD, or RISA preferred</li></ul>
