Job Summary 
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. This individual will be performing routine tests as required on raw materials, in process components and final product. 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens</li><li>
Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products</li><li>
Monitor production operations as required</li><li>
Assist when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of products</li><li>
Report to management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns</li><li>
Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed</li></ul> 
Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Must have quality control experience in related industry</li><li>
ACI / PCI Certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certification</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day</li></ul>

National Pipe &amp; Plastics, one of the largest PVC pipe producers in North America, is currently seeking a Quality Inspector to perform quality checks on the production floor. 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Evaluates samples of incoming materials</li><li>
Assists with and performs physical tests on plastic pipe and fittings</li><li>
Inspects plastic pipe and fittings while in process and finished stages</li><li>
Uses saws to cut test samples</li><li>
Distributes reports and tests as necessary</li><li>
Uses hand measurements tools to include calipers, dial gauges, etc.</li><li>
Performs quality control line checks</li><li>
Pull samples from floor</li><li>
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed</li></ul> 
Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED or equivalent Vocational Training/Certification, other related experience or combination thereof</li><li>
At least 1 year of related experience, preferred</li><li>
Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and directions</li><li>
Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company</li><li>
Computer literate experienced with Microsoft Office software</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>
