Job Summary 
 
The Production Scheduler is responsible for managing and supporting all production related activities. 
 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Dispatch to generate and distribute daily production schedules to achieve delivery commitments.</li><li>
Utilize ERP system capabilities for production scheduling. Create and verifying Bills-of-Materials for standard and custom products.</li><li>
Communicate production lead times to all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Schedule all stock and custom products based on form capacity, man power availability and min/max inventory levels.</li><li>
Periodically review Min/Max inventory levels and adjust based on sales history</li><li>
Coordinate the movement of stock inventory to the appropriate plant location or distribution center with Dispatch.</li><li>
Identify potential material shortages and take appropriate action to minimize their effect.</li><li>
Establish inventory cycle counting process for raw materials and finished goods inventories. Participate in the physical inventory process.</li><li>
Lead weekly sales &amp; operations planning meetings.</li><li>
Other duties may be assigned as needed</li></ul> 

Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of two years manufacturing experience, preferably in the precast concrete industry.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Experience with change management initiatives related to processes and procedures to achieve desired results.</li><li>
Customer focus; dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with MRP, production scheduling, inventory control.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Ability to plan work and successfully implement programs through the direction of others.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Ability to read and understand shop/engineering drawings.</li></ul> 

Compensation 
<ul><li>
The hourly pay rate is $29-$35/hr</li></ul>

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This maintenance mechanic will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following diagrams, reading operations manuals and troubleshooting malfunctions.
 
 
Job Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Maintains the safe working condition of facility equipment, building, and grounds</li><li>
Constructs fixtures as required</li><li>
Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment as scheduled</li><li>
Repairs facility equipment, fixtures, building, and grounds</li><li>
Removes and/or installs fixtures and equipment for safe, efficient operation</li><li>
Troubleshoots systems to find causes of failures and recommends solutions for repair</li><li>
Maintains cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency of maintenance equipment, tools, and fixtures</li><li>
Other duties will be assigned as needed</li></ul> 

Job Requirements 
<ul><li>
Forklift training and certification will be provided by company as necessary</li><li>
At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience is preferred</li><li>
Mechanical skills</li><li>
Electrical skills, preferred</li><li>
Welding skills preferred</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems</li><li>
Ability to review and understand basic machine blueprints</li><li>
Ability to use hand tools and basic machine shop equipment</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.</li></ul>
