We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our Foodservice business with data-driven insights, reporting, and execution to accelerate growth. The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in Foodservice sales team by delivering actionable insights, reporting on performance, and driving fact-based decision-making. This position will manage Ol&eacute; and Customer data portals to create actionable data.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Manage existing GPO portal data, reports, AFS/G2, Blacksmith Trade, Datassential, Circana, PGI, Distllr, etc. Good/Bad Reports and coordinate actionable data with Field Sales and Brokers.</li><li>
Manage the development process of new and innovative KPI&rsquo;s or reporting vehicles.</li><li>
Create and deliver sales presentations to key clients as well as key internal stakeholders within the greater OMF organization.</li><li>
Analyze and evaluate market opportunities by product and current/new major customers.</li><li>
Track and analyze current account performance and develop and implement actions to enhance account performance.</li><li>
Clear understanding of selling process, leveraging product, R&amp;D, Menu &amp; Market trends to facilitate and forge strategic partnerships</li><li>
Deep understanding of GPO Contracts and BLACKSMITH Trade Management</li><li>
Keep abreast of Food &amp; Menu trends across the Non-commercial and Commercial Channels</li></ul></div><p><b>
Requirements and Skills</b></p><ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Category Management, or related field (CPG/Food industry experience preferred)</li><li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the abi lity to translate data into insights</li><li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or other BI tools)</li><li>
Work requires creativity and a willingness to manage a business in an entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>

Quality Systems Management Associate</b></p><p></p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Ensure the Ole Mexican Foods Corporate database and all customer&rsquo;s portal web bases are maintained and updated regularly. Collect data entry information and enter in customer&rsquo;s portal.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Assist on updating and deploying corporate policies and/or documents to facilitate raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure that process inputs meet Ole requirements.</li><li>
Assist in the development of QA policies and procedures in OLE-QMS document control module, ensure that they are properly communicated and deployed to designated plants, departments, raw material suppliers and/or contract manufacturers to ensure process input meets Ole requirements.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Identify and update critical-to-quality attribute measurement updates in database as defined in quality assurance programs, specifications, processing manuals and other quality and/or food safety documents.</li><li>
Ensuring that QA KPI&rsquo;s (Key Performance Indicators) are logged in the database. Review data to ensure that critical-to-quality attributes meets Ole requirements and create trends and reports based on data mining.</li><li>
Support and collaborate with special studies in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Marketing Department.</li><li>
Ensure the Traceability Corporate Program is tested regularly at each facility and that all recall information is updated on a regular basis.</li><li>
Assist with corrective action completion and record-keeping for out-of-compliance conditions at corporate and all subsidiaries.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Assist on GFSI and Gluten-Free Plants Audits, audit preparation and ensure the facilitation of required audit materials.</li><li>
Ensure that the QA shared database are organized, updated, and maintained regularly in a complete and organized manner.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Facilitate and train team members on the creation and update of fundamental operational documents such as forms and procedures.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Administer bi-annual FDA registrations for all Ole facilities.</li><li>

Quality Assurance Supervisor</b></p><p><b>
Job Brief</b></p><p>
Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Quality Assurance Department. Ensure that department operations and finished products are in compliance with internal and external standards (Government Regulations, customer specifications, Ole&rsquo;s, BRC, etc.)</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><div><div><ul><li>
Must be familiar with the Quality System requirements of the plant.</li><li>
Reviews processing activities to ensure conformance to specifications.</li><li>
Assures that products are being produced in conformance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&rsquo;s).</li><li>
Investigates and communicate to the Q.A manager all food safety issues.</li><li>
Supervises the daily activities of the technicians.</li><li>
Schedules the work assignments of the technicians.</li><li>
Responsible for assessing the training needs of the technicians, making sure that training is adequately performed and documented.</li><li>
Ensures that a safe work environment exists in the department and that safety meetings are conducted and documented.</li><li>
Reviews and update work aids (instructions, charts, manuals, bulletins, code date calendars, etc.) essential for verification of product quality.</li><li>
Monitors technicians&rsquo; adherence to department&rsquo;s policies, procedures and work instructions.</li><li>
Assists in resolving quality related issues throughout the plant.</li><li>
Participates in safety and sanitation audits.</li><li>
Verifies labor hours and payroll report for accuracy.</li><li>
Resolves team conflicts and if necessary, issue disciplinary actions.</li><li>
Conducts monthly team meetings to address employee issues.</li><li>
Maintains the absence/tardiness records of the technicians and record incidents.</li><li>
