We&rsquo;re expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals who share our vision of excellence, organization, and growth.Position OverviewThe HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth communication, efficient record-keeping, and a professional experience for all team members and candidates. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and people-oriented &mdash; a person who can multitask while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and update HR databases regularly.</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes &mdash; prepare offer letters, collect documents, and facilitate orientation.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance sheets, and payroll-related data.</li><li>Support visa, travel, and relocation documentation for international hires when required.</li><li>Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Handle general HR correspondence, inquiries, and administrative support.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.</li><li>Collaborate closely with management to uphold Olegio&rsquo;s professional and creative workplace culture.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in hospitality, events, or creative industries is a plus).</li><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; fluent in English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools or ATS systems preferred.</li><li>Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Why Join Olegio<ul><li>Be part of a creative and growing brand with global exposure.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with leadership across projects in India and abroad.</li><li>Dynamic and friendly work environment where initiative is valued.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR sourcing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
