Oleria is seeking a motivated rising junior or senior to join our marketing team for a hands-on summer internship. This role offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple facets of B2B marketing at a fast-growing cybersecurity startup. You'll work directly with our marketing leadership team on campaigns, events, sales enablement, and marketing operations while contributing to initiatives that directly impact pipeline generation and brand visibility. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, is eager to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role is required to work out of our Bellevue, WA office 4-5 days/week during summer break.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Support marketing operations including Salesforce and Pardot management for lead uploads, list creation, email campaign execution, and performance tracking</li><li>
Create and coordinate marketing emails, working closely with our design team to develop compelling campaign assets</li><li>
Assist with sales enablement activities using tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach to support prospecting and lead generation efforts</li><li>
Coordinate event logistics including swag management, venue research, and on-site support for conferences and customer events</li><li>
Manage customer success touchpoints such as welcome packages</li><li>
Support award submissions and analyst relations activities in partnership with Product Marketing</li><li>
Provide light project management for marketing campaigns, website updates, and content production initiatives</li><li>
Take on cross-functional responsibilities in the case of identified operational gaps across the GTM organization</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Currently enrolled as a rising junior or rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail</li><li>
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Self-starter mentality with ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>
Genuine interest in cybersecurity, B2B technology, or SaaS industries</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Technical Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)</li><li>
Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar platforms</li><li>
Basic understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign analytics</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Exposure to project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus</li></ul></div>
