This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.

Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.

The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn't be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.

In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben's vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we're also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we're committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive office &amp; lab coordinator who takes ownership and thinks ahead. This role is ideal for someone who naturally anticipates needs, communicates clearly, and enjoys creating structure and order. You'll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our office and lab environments running smoothly, ensuring teams are supported, spaces are well-maintained, and day-to-day operations are handled with care and consistency.

Schedule and Location:
<ul>
<li>Part time position of 20 hours per week</li>
<li>Onsite role expectation: Monday &ndash; Friday</li>
<li>Contract Term: This position is intended to cover a short-term business need, and we anticipate that your at-will employment will end no later than October 31, 2026.</li>
<li>Location: Candidates must be within commutable distance to our Burlingame, CA location</li></ul> 


This position supports OLIPOP's retail presence. The individual will be employed by TCW Global, which directs and supervises all work performed under this role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Supply &amp; Inventory Coordination</h4>
<ul><li>Coordinate ordering and restocking of office and lab supplies based on team needs and usage trends</li>
<li>Track inventory levels and help maintain organized, accessible storage of commonly used materials</li>
<li>Proactively identify supply needs to ensure teams have what they need to stay productive</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Vendor &amp; Facilities Coordination</h4>
<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate vendor visits for equipment servicing, preventative maintenance, and calibrations</li>
<li>Support facility related services such as maintenance requests, deliveries, and contractor visits</li>
<li>Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for onsite vendors and service providers (as needed)</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Purchasing Support</h4>
<ul><li>Assist with weekly purchasing of office and lab supplies, including order tracking and follow-up</li>
<li>Help prioritize essential purchases and support basic budget awareness related to supplies and materials</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">General Office &amp; Workplace Support</h4>
<ul><li>Manage incoming mail</li>
<li>Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving deliveries, organizing packages, and coordinating outgoing shipments for lab materials, samples or supplies</li>
<li>Organize and maintain administrative paperwork as needed</li>
<li>Keep shared office spaces welcoming and well stocked by replenishing snacks and beverages</li>
<li>Support light cleaning and organization of meeting rooms and common areas to maintain a polished workplace environment</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of administrative or transferable experience</li>
<li>Microsoft Suite Knowledge Strongly Preferred (Excel, OneDrive, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure, maintain systems and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail</li>
<li>A self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify roadblocks and escalate issues appropriately</li>
<li>Clear, professional communicator who can confidently represent the team and company when partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors</li>
<li>A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Preferred Experience: experience managing a lab or R&amp;D facility</li>
<li>Due to nature of role, ability to lift 25 lbs</li>
</ul>
COMPENSATION:

$22-$25/hr.<div>
