 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquistion Assistant to oversee and manage our Talent Operations initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our recruitment processes, systems, and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of talent acquisition operations.
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing

 Assist with the development and implementation of talent operations strategies to support business objectives.

 Lead and contribute to various talent acquisition projects from conception to execution, managing timelines and resources effectively.

 Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions.

 A Little Bit About The Role
 
 
 
 This position is ideal for someone who naturally excels at providing practical solutions for label and packaging briefs. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Artworkers and designers while working across multiple brands in the UK and EMEA regions.
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing -
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You will produce high quality artwork in line with a given brief and industry standards for both packaging and labelling formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will work collaboratively in a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have a good understanding of typography, space, and layout as well as text formatting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of creating artwork for print, including colour management, alongside digital skills to create pack shots.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with and support the SCJ artworker from their conception to final sign-off
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure packaging and labelling artwork meet printing standards, such as colour, typography and logo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure pack shots artwork meet digital/ website standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Correct and format documents before they're sent to the printers Ensure print ready artwork is consistent, accurate and follows any brand guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt design for variable formats in digital print
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up, manage and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out proof checking prior to print
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Need To Be Good At -
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent artworking skills across integrated media and experience in management of artwork collateral of at least 2-3 years
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to take, interpret and deliver creative artwork and presentation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 A great team player with a client centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 A keen eye for brand consistency across multiple jobs
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to step into projects as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong typography, layout, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
