About the role:

We are looking for an expert who can leverage their advanced degree in Biotech or BioChem and extensive knowledge of hair principles &amp; AYURVEDA to become the leading authority on hair concerns. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our efforts to develop and validate innovative Ayurvedic products and solutions. Your ability to bridge traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern scientific methodologies will be vital in conducting in-depth research and analysis, ensuring our offerings meet both efficacy standards and regulatory requirements. We seek someone ready to lead scientific validation initiatives, collaborating with research institutions to provide robust evidence of our products' effectiveness. As an expert, you will spearhead content ideation and execution, working with diverse teams to craft compelling narratives around Ayurvedic innovations. Strong communication and collaboration skills will enable you to engage with internal and external stakeholders, presenting vital insights and updates to senior leadership. Moreover, you will document your findings thoroughly, maintaining comprehensive records of projects and their outcomes. What you will be doing:

Expertise in Hair concerns:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the subject matter expert in Hair concerns, providing deep insights into its principles, practices, and applications.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of Ayurvedic products and solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure that all of our content (especially expert or science first) aligns with the relevant regulations and standards.</li>
</ul>
Efficacy and Scientific Validation:
<ul>
<li>Lead efforts to scientifically validate the efficacy of our products and solutions.</li>
<li>Oversee studies that demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of Ayurvedic interventions and align it with content team</li>
<li>Collaborate with research institutions and experts to generate robust scientific evidence supporting Ayurveda.</li>
</ul>
Innovation Management:
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of content projects centered around Ayurvedic innovation.</li>
<li>Work with diverse teams, including research, creative, and content development, to transform ideas into engaging narratives.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including scientists, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies, to promote Ayurveda.</li>
<li>Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Documentation and Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Prepare comprehensive reports, research papers, and documentation on Ayurvedic studies and innovation projects.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of content progress, outcomes, and learnings.</li></ul> 


What you need to be great in this role:

<ul><li>Advanced degree in Biotech or BioChem.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of hair principles, practice, and treatments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience in managing projects related to hair products efficacy and innovation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to bridge traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern scientific methodologies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical</li></ul>

Role: Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai, India 


About the role:

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and creating digital content, interactive programs and videos for Beauty/Lifestyle brands. With a thorough understanding of user centred design and how different digital channels present different challenges and opportunities the Multimedia Designer is skilled at combining text, audio, animation, photography, and video to create engaging and impactful content.

The Motion Graphic Designer focus on moving motion animation for each of the digital asset to enhance the storytelling based on the creative idea of the Lead Creator/Digital Designer. 

What you will be doing:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the successful delivery of multimedia content across a range of platforms</li>
<li>Thorough understanding user centred design and how different digital channels present different challenges and opportunities for each asset</li>
<li>Ability to conceptualise and develop the animation for the moving motion asset</li>
<li>Ability to input at early project stages, effectively communicating technical, creative, and production issues and solutions both internally and to the client</li>
<li>Strong design skills</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of the Adobe Master Collection including After Effects</li>
<li>Strong typographic skills</li>
<li>Identify areas to develop multimedia content</li></ul> 


What you need to be great in this role:
<ul>
<li>Someone who is immersed in digital culture and involved in the ideation process as well as being able to utilise the Adobe Creative Suite software with a thorough understanding of storyboarding, video capture, editing and distribution of digital video.</li>
<li>Typically 3 years proven track record in a digital media design background</li>
<li>Experience with beauty or skincare product digital advertising is a bonus</li>
<li>Confidence and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment</li>
<li>A creative, innovative can-do approach.</li>
<li>A professional attitude and flexible working approach.</li>
<li>The aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively</li>
<li>Self-motivated, working with little supervision</li>
