Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager, Google Pixel &ndash; India Marketing

Location: Gurgaon, India (Remote) 


About the role:

Google's Devices &amp; Services marketing team is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our hardware products, including Pixel, Nest, and more. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our products to life for consumers, managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and working with a wide range of internal and external partners to achieve our business objectives. 
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving. You will be a key player in launching new products and executing marketing strategies that build our brand and drive sales in the competitive Indian market. 


What you will be doing:
<ul>
<li>Campaign &amp; Launch Management: Successfully direct and execute comprehensive retail operations and integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches, such as the Google Pixel line, within the Indian market.</li>
<li>Integrated Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective offline and digital marketing strategies that significantly boost brand visibility, consideration, and preference.</li>
<li>Stakeholder &amp; Partner Collaboration: Partner closely with key internal stakeholders and external agencies to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns that are directly aligned with business objectives and drive measurable sales growth.</li>
<li>Market &amp; Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and rigorous competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends, consumer insights, and new opportunities for business growth.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration between sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that all channel marketing strategies are perfectly aligned with overall business goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience.</li>
<li>Channel Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with key channel partners to drive sell-through, execute co-marketing initiatives, and continuously enhance the in-store and online customer experience.</li>
<li>Budget &amp; Project Management: Meticulously manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines by closely tracking cost estimates, purchase orders, and overall marketing spend to maximize ROI.</li></ul> 


What you need to be great in this role:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in product marketing, retail and channel marketing, or brand management.</li>
<li>Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.</li>
<li>Preferred Qualifications:</li>
<li>Proven experience in the consumer electronics, technology, or telecommunications industry.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in managing high-profile product launches.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Indian retail and e-commerce landscape.</li>
<li>Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence partners.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.</li>
<li>Experience in managing budgets and working with finance and procurement teams.</li>
