 THE ROLE

 You'll&nbsp;be the person closest to Dove's social channels, responsible for what goes out, when, and why. From always-on content and campaign activations to reactive cultural moments and creator collaborations,&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;lead the planning, publishing, and community management that keeps Dove's social presence consistent, culturally relevant, and growing.

 Plan and manage social content calendars, balancing always-on publishing with campaign activations, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities

 Coordinate the production of social content with the creative team and content creators, ensuring work is on-brand, platform-optimised, and delivered on time

 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on organic social for consumer brands, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG

 </li>
 <li>
 
 Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels, including an understanding of algorithms, content formats, audience&nbsp;behaviours, and best practices
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 A track record&nbsp;of growing and engaging social communities, with examples of content or campaigns that drove measurable results
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience planning and managing social content calendars across multiple platforms and workstreams, balancing proactive and reactive content at pace
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong editorial judgement and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt brand voice for different platforms and audiences
