Position: Marketing Coordinator
We&rsquo;re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team player who&rsquo;s passionate about marketing, storytelling, and results.

Responsibilities</h3>
Client &amp; Team Support<ul><li>
Support account leads and project managers in day-to-day client coordination.</li><li>
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign recaps.</li><li>
Help ensure client deliverables are on time, on budget, and on strategy.</li></ul>
Marketing &amp; Communications Execution<ul><li>
Support the planning and execution of marketing, PR, and digital campaigns.</li><li>
Help coordinate creative development, including writing briefs and managing production timelines.</li><li>
Manage content updates across digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.</li><li>
Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities, audience insights, and emerging trends.</li></ul>
Project &amp; Operations Support<ul><li>
Track budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination for assigned projects.</li><li>
Assist in compiling analytics and performance reports.</li><li>
Support coordination between internal teams, freelancers, and partner vendors.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination (agency experience a plus).</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management and social media scheduling tools preferred.</li><li>
Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>
Keen attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.</li><li>
Familiarity with Hawai&lsquo;i&rsquo;s local culture and market is highly desirable.</li><li>
Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Technical Skills (Preferred)</h3><ul><li>
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms.</li><li>
Experience assisting with SEO/SEM, email marketing, or content creation.</li><li>
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).</li><li>
Comfort with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools a plus.</li></ul>
