 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Lead the E-commerce Product Strategy
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and own the roadmap for our
 
 e-commerce ecosystem
 
 , ensuring it caters to both
 
 B2B and B2C users
 
 across categories like auto, electronics, services, real estate, and goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify pain points for buyers and sellers, businesses and consumers alike &mdash; crafting experiences that balance simplicity, trust, and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with operations, business, analytics, and marketing teams to improve platform liquidity, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Build Scalable Commerce Capabilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive end-to-end development of
 
 core e-commerce flows
 
 including product discovery, listing management, checkout, fulfillment tracking, and post-sale interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and optimize tools tailored for both B2C users (e.g., casual listers, individual buyers) and B2B merchants (e.g., multi-SKU inventory managers, repeat sellers).
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with design and engineering to build intuitive, mobile-first experiences across platforms, ensuring consistency and high performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Enable Growth &amp; Monetization
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Launch and scale paid offerings such as featured listings, subscription tiers, and bundled value-added services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build levers that drive engagement, repeat usage, and upsell opportunities in both B2B and B2C contexts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage data and insights to continuously improve buyer conversion, seller success, and category-specific performance metrics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3+ years of product management experience
 
 , preferably in
 
 e-commerce, B2B/B2C marketplaces, or digital consumer products
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong grasp of commerce mechanics &mdash; from catalog management and pricing to trust signals, logistics, and transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience designing products for
 
 both business and consumer users
 
 is a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with analytics tools like
 
 Google Analytics
 
 , Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across business, tech, and operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical acumen and comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
 </li>
