 This hybrid role focuses primarily on data management, reporting, and analytics with an additional focus on administrative coordination to ensure smooth operational workflows across departments.
 
 
 
 Data &amp; Analytics

 Develop, automate, and optimize recurring reports and dashboards to improve accuracy and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to support administrative decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that guide business strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create visual dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to effectively communicate findings.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 AI Usage &amp; Research
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Utilize AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging platforms to support data research, analysis, and automation.
 </li>

 Conduct AI-assisted research on operational efficiencies.

 Stay updated on advancements in artificial intelligence and recommend innovative applications relevant to the organization

 Telecom Management (Zong):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Issuance, and monitoring company telecom policies as per designation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop cross-platform plans, including optimizations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with any sim-related issues that may arise such as outgoing, incoming calls, Internet data package and sim credit limits
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate Monthly billing reports and ensuring the timely payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keenly observe the usage/ credit limits as per designation and ensure compliance of the phone policy.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Travel Request:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensuring travel timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimizing and monitoring company travel policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, medical, and legal forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 </li>
 
 Requirements:

 Bachelor's Degree or more (BSCS will be preferred. )
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert in MS.office and data analytics
 </li>

 2+ Years of experience
