JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cardiac Wellness Technician I<ul><li>
Provide patient care and perform EKGs.</li></ul>
Cardiac Wellness Technician II
CWT I duties, plus ability to:<ul><li>
perform Advanced Cardiac Life Support.</li><li>
assist with diagnostic stress tests.</li><li>
perform cardiac ambulatory monitor hook-ups.</li><li>
EKG PACs support (digital EKG records system)</li><li>
ambulatory monitor PACs support</li><li>
train hospital and clinic staff to perform EKG</li></ul>
Cardiac Wellness Technician III
CWT I and II duties, plus ability to:<ul><li>
lead EKG PAC support (digital EKG records system).</li><li>
lead ambulatory monitor PAC support</li><li>
contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual Quality Assurance projects.</li><li>
perform policy review and revision.</li></ul>
NOTE: Advancement to Cardiac Wellness Tech II and/or III is based on the availability of a position and departmental needs.
EDUCATION<ul><li>
Certified Non-Invasive Cardio-Vascular Technician, CNA, Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, or Health Care Assistant preferred.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Cardiology experience in a healthcare setting preferred (e.g., pre-hospital, clinic, office, or hospital).
</li></ul>LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS
<ul><li>BLS certification required.</li><li>
ACLS required for CWT II and III.</li></ul>

JOB DESCRIPTION:<div><div>
The Patient Account Representative is responsible for performing resolution-oriented billing to achieve maximum payment of assigned hospital and physician receivables. Completes timely billing on assigned accounts, in a compliant manner. Identifies trends and their root causes per OMC policies and procedures. Maintains an appropriate level of productivity, as defined by department guidelines. Completes comprehensive account management review on paid and unpaid accounts to ensure payment is made, applied and posted correctly. Monitors and completes all steps necessary to obtain payment and resolution on outstanding balances.</div><div></div><div>
EDUCATION
 High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of six months previous clerical experience related to health care insurance billing required.
