Job Description</h2></div><div>
This individual will be responsible for the efficient operation of the parts warehouse. Responsibilities include absolute control of warehouse inventory while managing a team of inventory clerks, efficiently moving material from receiving to stocking to issuing to the Production floor and other areas in accordance with documented processes and procedures.</div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Job Duties</h2></div><div><ul><li>
This position will manage, lead, develop, and train personnel in all aspects of inventory control and parts warehouse operation.</li><li>
Coordinate workflow to ensure an efficient and productive operation that meets the requirements of order fulfilment both internally &amp; externally across all shifts (day, evening &amp; Saturday).</li><li>
Must ensure timely fulfilment of Parts, Supplies, and Tools &amp; Jigs requests and Parts Sales Orders</li><li>
Must ensure timely fulfilment of Parts orders to Service Centers of the Americas Region (Bartlett, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, &amp; Latin America.</li><li>
Coordinate and expedite backorders processing.</li><li>
Ensure timely fulfilment of kanban parts locations throughout the shopfloor across during all shifts (day, evening &ndash; Saturday).</li><li>
Direct and prioritize parts warehouse activities to achieve department MBO and daily targets.</li><li>
Perform Oracle inventory transactions, Parts Consumption Program, and other applicable repair systems.</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams: Parts Inventory Planners, Production, Facilities, SCM, Engineering, &amp; Quality Assurance.</li><li>
Develop effective operational and logistical policies and procedures for the parts warehouse department.</li><li>
Continuously re-evaluate the parts storage department layout and equipment to improve efficiency.</li><li>
Provide support for identifying and implementing such improvements.</li><li>
Continuously evaluate and monitor all warehouse equipment for safety and ergonomic-related concerns.</li><li>
Monitor and enforce adherence to PPE requirements.</li><li>
Provide reports as necessary detailing department performance. Having a strong background in maintaining and developing analytical tools using Excel and/or Power Query is essential.</li><li>
Support/Manage the cycle counting program by executing timely cycle counting reconciliations and any necessary resolution to areas of weakness that are identified to meet accuracy goals.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Job Qualifications</h2></div><div>
Required:<ul><li>
Minimum of three to five (3-5) years supervisory-related operational experience in the areas of warehouse operations, inventory control/analyst and/or customer service.</li><li>
Must be very detail oriented, have good analytical skills, have excellent communication skills, have excellent data analysis aptitude, and the demonstrated ability of succeeding in a matrix management environment.</li><li>
Must have a positive attitude with focus on teamwork and rapid problem resolution as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management.</li><li>
Must have user's knowledge of system software preferably Oracle and the aptitude to learn new software systems.</li><li>
Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 35lbs. Ability to frequently push/pull up to 35lbs.</li></ul> 
Preferred:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge preferred.</li></ul></div></div></div>

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $76,874.00 - $103,780.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
