Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal levels of inventory across all retail locations, ensuring stock availability aligns with sales forecasts.- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the order processing and fulfillment of products, ensuring timely delivery to retail locations and customers.- Transportation Coordination: Manage relationships with freight carriers to negotiate shipping rates and schedules, ensuring cost-effective transportation.- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock and address any supply chain issues.- Logistics Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary shipping and receiving documentation, including invoices and tracking information.- Performance Analysis: Analyze logistics metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective supply chain solutions.- Problem Resolution: Quickly address any logistical challenges, delays, or discrepancies to minimize impact on retail operations.- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards across all logistics operations.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and store operations teams to synchronize inventory availability with promotional activities.Qualifications:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the retail sector.- Proficient in logistics and supply chain management software as well as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with suppliers and team members.- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.- Familiarity with retail operations and trends is a plus.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Opportunities for training and professional development.- A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Warehouse management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bhilai, Chhattisgarh (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
