Job Description:We are looking for a Planning Assistant with experience in building projects to join our team at our Delhi Head Office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, DSR, DAR and project billing.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for building projects.&middot; Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings as per CPWD norms and site measurements.&middot; Reconciliation of all raw materials used at the site i.e Steel, concrete, tiles, Cement brick work etc..&middot; Assist in contract management and tender documentation.&middot; Monitor project budgets, cost control, and material reconciliation.&middot; Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors for cost planning.&middot; Verify and process contractor bills and invoices.&middot; Prepare progress reports and rate analysis.&middot; Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual terms.Skills &amp; Requirements:&#10003;&#11035; B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)&#10003;&#11035; 3-5 years of experience in Planning for building projects&#10003;&#11035; Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software&#10003;&#11035; Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing&#10003;&#11035; Good understanding of construction contracts and tendering&#10003; &#11035; Excellent analytical and negotiation skillsIf you are a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Assistant, we invite you to apply and be part of our growing team!Location: Delhi (Head Office)Salary: &#8377;28,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per monthJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>B.Tech in Civil</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Project planning: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Delhi, Delhi (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Quantitative analysis: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Delhi, Delhi (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
