branded designs for posts, stories, ads, print</li><li>CapCut (or similar) &ndash; short-form and long video editing for Reels, TikTok, YouTube</li><li>Facebook Ads Manager &ndash; paid campaigns, retargeting, A/B testing</li><li>Wix or WordPress &ndash; editing and landing page publishing</li><li>YouTube Optimization &ndash; titles, descriptions, tags, and upload strategy</li><li>Analytics &ndash; tracking KPIs, interpreting data, improving ROI</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Build and optimize marketing funnels, automations, and chatbots using GoHighLevel.</li><li>Plan, develop, and schedule organic and paid campaigns across all OM SPA divisions.</li><li>Translate the founder&rsquo;s creative vision into actionable marketing assets &mdash; ads, videos, posts, and automations that convert.</li><li>Create both short- and long-form video content, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand visuals.</li><li>Prepare and launch email and SMS campaigns with integrated GoHighLevel automations that deliver measurable results.</li><li>Communicate with clients &mdash; respond to leads and existing clients via email, SMS, and social media comments using a warm, professional, and brand-consistent tone.</li><li>Monitor and maintain all automatiins and weekly KPIs, analyze data, and suggest strategic improvements to maximize ROI.</li><li>Coordinate monthly promotions and marketing calendars, ensuring consistency across all channels.</li><li>Keep websites and digital assets updated with fresh, relevant content.</li><li>Utilize organic social media and smart content strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales.</li><li>Bring creative ideas and data-backed insights &mdash; share what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and propose new opportunities.</li><li>Confidently use major platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, etc.) with strong knowledge of content trends and analytics.</li><li>Apply basic SEO principles, effective hashtags, story and reels strategies, and content tagging for reach and discoverability.</li><li>Write engaging blog posts, captions, and taglines aligned with our brand voice.</li><li>Maintain a cohesive, high-end brand presence across all platforms to strengthen recognition and profitability.</li><li>Be a fast learner and resourceful researcher &mdash; able to quickly find trends, tools, and creative inspiration to keep OM SPA ahead of the curve.</li></ul>Your Background:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness, or education sectors</li><li>You&rsquo;ve managed multi-channel campaigns and can show measurable results</li><li>You&rsquo;ve worked in results-oriented environments &mdash; not content-only agencies</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)</li><li>Certificates in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Marketing Automation are a strong plus</li></ul>Your Strengths:<ul><li>You achieve KPIs &mdash;
