The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy &amp; Planning Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities. Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.2. SEO &amp; SEM Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.3. Content Marketing &amp; Social Media Create and oversee content strategies for blogs, social media, email marketing, and more. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries.4. Email &amp; CRM Marketing Design and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Segment email lists and personalizes campaigns for better engagement.5. Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track performance. Provide reports on key metrics like traffic, conversions, and ROI. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.6. Other Responsibilities Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators. Manage influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs.Job Description for Digital Marketing SpecialistQualifications &amp; Skills: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Creativity and ability to think outside the box.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,286.39 - ₹40,261.88 per monthWork Location: In person
