<ul><li>Desired Prior working experience in technical support or related functions&middot;</li><li>Logging and resolving customer issues&middot;</li><li>Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources&middot;</li><li>Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary&middot;</li><li>Assisting clients for onsite/ offsite technical installation and support.</li><li>QA tasks and technical documentation.</li><li>Administration of SQL databases&middot;</li><li>Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software bugs.</li><li>Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps&middot;</li><li>Improvement of existing application by analyzing and identifying areas of modification.</li><li>Participation in providing training to customers as required&middot;</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including well-developed listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month</p>
