 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Energy and HVAC Integration Specialist is required to lead the implementation and integration of smart energy management solutions across building and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering the associated devices/sensors, analyzing energy data, and integrating smart controllers to drive ECM.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the deployment of energy and utility monitoring (HVAC, lighting, environmental sensors).
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead energy efficiency audits and propose improvement measures using real-time best practice analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing historical energy consumption data and utility bills for (electricity, water, fuel), etc., to identify trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Site inspection and understanding of operational procedures to identify inefficiencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee project delivery, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the enabled systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between hardware, software, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance multiple HVAC parameters to test the analytics to drive higher energy efficiency in HVAC systems..
 </li>
 <li>
 Train field engineers on system setup, debugging, and performance verification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and deliver installation quality control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate ROI and energy savings through measurement and verification (M&amp;V) protocols such as IPMVP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain the associated Energy &amp; HVAC Design/Plan/Commissioning/Testing/Spare Parts Management/Implementation and Integration SOPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and evaluate Energy/HVAC/Facility Management tenders.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Competencies
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong background in energy systems, management, and building automation (BMS/HVAC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with device/sensor, actuators, relays, DI/DO, AI/AO configuration, VFD programming, and troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of energy-saving technologies (VFDs, chillers, lighting retrofits, smart controls).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage multiple sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Procurement and Contract knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of Energy &amp; HVAC spare parts &amp; materials management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s/High Diploma degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years&rsquo; experience in Energy &amp; HAVC Efficiency projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ESCO models, smart building systems, and IoT integration platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications in Energy and Facility Management.
 </li>

 ROLE OBJECTIVE
 
 
 
 To leverage deep technical expertise and strategic insight in platform architecture and integration to drive the design, scalability, and performance of cutting-edge IoT and smart infrastructure solutions. As a Platform Expert, the goal is to ensure seamless interoperability across IoT platforms/devices, CCTV/Smart Access systems, Smart City and Smart Building platforms, and geospatial (GIS) infrastructures. This role will be pivotal in building resilient, future-ready platforms that align with national digital transformation initiatives, enhancing urban intelligence, operational efficiency, and public safety.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Platform Management:
 
 
 
 Roadmap strategy:

 Roadmap strategy alignment between Tadoom &amp; Platform Manufacture (such as but not limited to platform features prioritization, device integration, Dashboard customization, ...).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Demo account:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Gateway activation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Device registration for all the devices purchased by Tadoom.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dashboard customization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tests &amp; feedback on Platform Manufacturing for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support for existing, ongoing, and future projects (such as but not limited to device configuration &amp; integration, dashboard configuration and tests, monitoring &amp; analysis, results presentation).
 </li>
 <li>
 SOPs for the platform (such as but not limited to adding/deleting a user, registering a device, ....).
 </li>

 PoC implementation:

 Develop and design the Solution structure/presentation
 </li>

 Managing various stakeholders (Network implementation, Device procurement, and device installation support).

 Device and platform configurations (such as, but not limited to, message frequency, accelerometer sensitivity, &hellip;).

 Perform all activities and L2 services required to ensure the Service continuity and efficiency in accordance with the Service Levels based on 24x7 hours.

 Add value by revamping the platform operations on best industry practices and latest standards. Operations will automate routine jobs will introduce the latest tools and techniques to improve performance, and will continuously work to identify opportunities for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the overall business continuity management process through preventative measures, software and configuration back-ups; network contingency, restoration and disaster recovery plans to ensure that the required platform and its associated core/access networks, and service facilities (including computer systems, networks, applications, telecommunications, technical support and Service Desk etc.) can be recovered within the required, and agreed, business timescales.

 Deliver the Internal Security Management policies and guidelines.

 Collect, process, filter, and analyze data to generate reports.

 Qualification

 8+ years in a platform development or IoT system integration.

 Previous roles in tech companies working on IoT platforms/devices, CCTV/Smart Access systems, Smart City and Smart Building platforms, and geospatial (GIS) infrastructures. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, data, civic bodies)
