 Develops and implements processes, procedures and working methods for the department to ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines as well as legislative rules and regulations

 Based on the forecast supports to prepare budget for addressing the identified issues

 Provides the detailed list of upcoming requirements such as replacement of obsolete systems, upgrade of the existing systems, etc

 In coordination with the contractors and the teams, establishes a proper database of the sites &amp; equipment

 Organizes and conducts field management surveillance, audits, and assessments
