We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Marketing Field Representative. As a Marketing Field Representative, you will be responsible for walking neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and setting up appointments for inspections. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to overcome objections, and a genuine desire to help people in the community. We are seeking individuals who are team-oriented, eager to learn, and have a hunger for success.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Walk neighborhoods and engage with homeowners through door-knocking.</li><li>
Set up appointments for inspections with homeowners.</li><li>
Demonstrate perseverance and resilience when faced with challenges.</li><li>
Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value of our services.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.</li><li>
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job.</li><li>
Have an open mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role.</li></ul>
Opportunity for Advancement:<ul><li>
Marketing Field Representatives have the opportunity to transition into sales roles.</li><li>
Sales representatives average $150,000 per year.</li><li>
Canvassing is a fundamental stepping stone towards a successful sales career.</li></ul>
Compensation: $100.00 Per Day
Compensations:<ul><li>
Commission-based job</li><li>
Earn $100 when you get 2 service agreements in one week, then an additional $550 when you get the 3rd Service agreement.</li><li>
Earn $250 for each service agreement after the 3rd</li><li>
Incentivized bonus on top performance for the month and quarter</li><li>
Opportunity for career growth and development within the company</li><li>
Payment structures available for those who choose to continue in the canvassing role.</li></ul>
Monthly Service Agreement Bonus:<ul><li>
12 SA's: $500</li><li>
15 SA's: $800</li><li>
18 SA's: $1,300</li><li>
25+ SA's: $2,000</li></ul>
Quarterly Bonus:<ul><li>
35 SA's: $1,000</li><li>
45 SA's: $2,000</li><li>
55 SA's: $3,000</li><li>
65+ SA's: $4,000</li></ul>
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, alternating Saturdays. 8 hours a day
