Your Impact: What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p>

The Executive Assistant acts as the Partner&rsquo;s operational extension and trusted advisor across several critical domains:</p><br>

Executive Time Mastery:</b> Own and optimize a complex, high-velocity calendar. You will ruthlessly protect the Partner&rsquo;s focus while navigating multi-stakeholder conflicts and shifting priorities.</li>
<li><b>Strategic Correspondence:</b> Act as the primary filter for all communications. You will triage, draft, and ghostwrite in the Partner&rsquo;s voice, ensuring high-touch responsiveness and a professional polish.</li>
<li><b>High-Stakes Events &amp; Travel:</b> Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel itineraries. You will occasionally travel with the Partner (approx. 5%) to manage logistics on the ground, take strategic minutes in high-level meetings, and ensure action items are tracked to completion.</li>
<li><b>Financial &amp; Resource Oversight:</b> Manage the executive office budget, process high-level expense reports with precision, and ensure all financial filings are compliant and timely.</li>
<li><b>Confidentiality &amp; Integration:</b> Handle a sensitive blend of professional and personal matters with absolute discretion. You are the &quot;vault&quot; for sensitive documents, financial data, and internal communications.</li>
<li><b>Special Projects:</b> Conduct organizational research, design high-impact presentation decks, and manage cross-departmental deliverables to keep the Partner&rsquo;s strategic goals on track.</li></ul><br>

Your Superpowers (Required Skills &amp; Qualifications)</b></p>
<p>
We are looking for a professional who pairs the foresight of a strategist with the composure of an elite coordinator:</p><br>

Executive Experience:</b> Minimum <b>5+ years</b> of progressive experience supporting C-Suite (CEO, COO, Managing Partner) leaders. Experience in healthcare or highly regulated sectors is a significant advantage.</li>
<li><b>Technical Mastery:</b> Advanced, fluent proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and secure document management systems like SharePoint.</li>
<li><b>Education:</b> A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is strongly preferred.</li>
<li><b>Flexibility:</b> Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 5%) and maintain availability for critical after-hours communications to support a dynamic schedule.</li></ul><br>
