&lt;Overview&gt; OMG Contigo is a dynamic and fast-growing company, just two years in the wholesale market, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs start their own businesses by offering a wide range of products, from Arabic perfumes to coffee and more.We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role is ideal for a creative and proactive professional who can develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and support the company&rsquo;s expansion in both digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Specialist will ensure OMG Contigo reaches its audience effectively while supporting our mission to empower new business owners.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.</li><li>Develop engaging sales content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</li><li>Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI tools to design catalogs, graphics, videos, and improve content effectiveness.</li><li>Assist in preparing and organizing Zoom meetings and online training sessions for business coaching.</li><li>Bring creative and innovative ideas to help OMG Contigo stay on-trend and grow brand awareness.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and content, suggesting improvements when needed.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and familiarity with AI tools for content optimization.</li><li>Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms.</li><li>Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance is a plus.</li><li>Passion for staying up-to-date with trends and bringing innovative ideas to marketing strategies.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40.0 per weekWork Location: In person
