Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute both long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive business growth for HVAC &amp; BMS sensor products (Temperature, Humidity, CO&#8322;, Differential Pressure, Flow, AHU/FCU Controllers) in the Delhi region.</li><li>Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify opportunities to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users, especially within the Data Centres, HVAC, and BMS segments.</li><li>Proactively identify and connect with new clients using strategic sales and marketing efforts.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-sales support, including resolving client concerns and offering actionable improvements.</li><li>Effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Omicron&rsquo;s solutions.</li><li>Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close sales orders within stipulated timeframes.</li><li>Prepare customer visit plan and provide timely reports on meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.</li><li>4-5 years of sales experience in instrumentation and sensor-based solutions.</li><li>Prior experience working with or selling into HVAC and BMS markets is preferred.</li><li>Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.</li></ul>Company DetailsOmicron is a family-run company founded in 1953.
