The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Sales and export activities.Key Responsibilities:Requirements:Sales &amp; Business development<ul><li>Identify and research potential international buyers and distributors for spices.</li><li>Support in generating leads and maintaining sales databases</li><li>Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-ups with buyers</li><li>Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.</li><li>Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.</li><li>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and stakeholders</li><li>Generate revenue by bringing orders from overseas</li><li>Connecting with new clients overseas and generate revenue</li><li>Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with international buyers</li><li>Identifying new markets and business opportunities</li><li>Coordinating with the stakeholders and ensuring smooth transactions.</li><li>Achieving Monthly Sales Target of 1 to 2 CR.</li></ul>Market Knowledge &amp; Client Relations<ul><li>Familiarity with spices/agro-commodity sector (added advantage, not mandatory).</li><li>Basic understanding of international trade platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia).</li><li>Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to explore overseas markets.</li></ul>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree. International Trade, Logistics, or any related field.Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience in international sales of spices.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good Communication.</li><li>Ability to travel internationally if required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per month
