Omni Advocacy Services assists individuals with barriers to gain successful employment and community living skills. We are a community-based advocacy program looking for a Part-Time Support Staff / Administrative Assistant in our offices in Kansas City, Missouri. The right candidate will be proactive, motivated, detailed oriented and passionate about helping others to succeed.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the management team</li><li>Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements</li><li>Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations</li><li>Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for internal and external entities</li><li>Handle Client inquiries and provide excellent support</li><li>Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents</li><li>Assist with event planning and coordination</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Experience is a plus but we will train the right person.
