Reports to:Engineering Director, Projects Manager for project related matters.Responsibilities:&middot; Mechanical design of pressure equipment per ASME BPVC Section VIII Div.1, etc.&middot; Mechanical design of piping systems per ASME B31.3, etc.&middot; Structural design of steel assemblies per industry codes.&middot; Review project specifications to ensure design meets the project requirements.&middot; Provide engineering support in terms of calculations, reports, clarifications and similar outputs to internal and external customers.&middot; Continuously collaborate with the process engineers, applications team, project managers and the drafting group in the design, while meeting project/assigned task schedule.&middot; Initiate and being involved in further development of Company procedures, standards and products.&middot; Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.&middot; Proficient in the use of Cadworx 3D software and AutoCAD (2D and 3D).&middot; Check &amp; update P&amp;ID&rsquo;s.&middot; Create and review 3D layout &amp; piping models.&middot; Attend 3D model reviews.&middot; Check and approve vendor supplied drawings.&middot; Produce fabrication isometric drawings.&middot; Create and detail general arrangement drawings.&middot; Create pressure vessel models and fabrication details.&middot; Assist piping checker as and when required.&middot; Create and maintain drawing standards.&middot; Make recommendations for improved process and efficiency.Requirements:&middot; Bachelors or higher Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.&middot; At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the oil &amp; gas industry with modular fabrication experience.Job Type: Full-time

Piping & Mechanical Engineer

Reports to:Engineering Director, Projects Manager for project related matters.Responsibilities:&middot; Lead instrumentation activities on assigned projects.&middot; Read and understand process flow diagrams, heat &amp; material balances, hazardous area classification drawings, equipment layouts, and equipment datasheets as necessary to support instrumentation scope.&middot; Develop project instrumentation scope, discipline documents, and inter-disciplinary documents/activities.&middot; Create and review process loop narratives, alarm &amp; trip set point lists, and cause &amp; effect diagrams.&middot; Perform sizing calculations for control valves, flow meters, PSVs, regulators, orifice plates, thermowells, level instruments, etc.&middot; Determine and specify design and operational requirements for analyzers.&middot; Create and maintain project instrument index, datasheets, pneumatic &amp; impulse hook-up drawings, I/O list.&middot; Specify, select, and purchase instrumentation items/bulks.&middot; Specify, select, and purchase and select fire &amp; gas detectors.&middot; Review instrumentation details and ensure project specification compliance for instrumentation equipment&middot; Knowledge and experience in industry codes and standards such as AER, IEC, CSA, ATEX, ISA, ASME and API, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) and Safety Instrumented System (SIS).&middot; Ensure instrumentation and quality and technical documents meet project specifications.&middot; Calculate power &amp; air consumptions for instrumentation.&middot; Provide technical assistance on instrumentation scope to other disciplines.&middot; Proficiency to use AutoCAD to create JB wiring diagrams and control loop drawings.&middot; Knowledge of various electrical components including MCC, VFD, switchgear, motor control stations, and architecture of PLC / DCS and control system communication protocols.&middot; Demonstrate an ability to prioritize activities and stay focused in a dynamic ever-changing environment.&middot; Ability to work under time constraints within a project team environment.&middot; Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.&middot; Ability to work under time constraints within a project team environment.Requirements:&middot; Bachelors or higher Degree of Science or Engineering in Instrumentation Engineering.&middot; At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the oil &amp; gas industry with modular fabrication experience.Job Type: Full-time

I&C Engineer

Reports to:Engineering Director, Projects Manager for project related matters.Responsibilities:&middot; Lead electrical engineering activities on assigned projects.&middot; Read and understand process flow diagrams, heat &amp; material balances, equipment layouts, and equipment datasheets as necessary to support electrical scope&middot; Develop project electrical scope, discipline documents, and inter-disciplinary documents/activities.&middot; Review and follow Project/Client specific electrical specifications.&middot; Knowledge and experience applying industry codes and standards such as API, IEC, and ATEX, etc.&middot; Ensure electrical documents meet project specifications.&middot; Develop hazardous area classification drawings to international standards such as API and IEC, etc.&middot; Develop single line diagrams using standard industry symbols.&middot; Specify and review motor control design for low and medium voltage systems&middot; Specify and review switchgear design for low and medium voltage systems&middot; Prepare interlocking/logic schemes for electrical equipment&middot; Design power, lighting, and basic control systems&middot; Review electrical details and ensure project specification compliance for electrical equipment&middot; Size, selection and purchase requisition for electrical equipment buyouts&middot; Prepare electrical equipment datasheets&middot; Size cables and prepare cable schedules and electrical bill of materials&middot; Perform cable tray design (sizing, selection and layout)&middot; Perform heat tracing calculations and prepare layout of isometric drawings&middot; Prepare electrical documentation for manuals&middot; Provide technical assistance on electrical scope to other disciplines&middot; Assisting with development of Company electrical standards, specifications, and procedures&middot; Provide electrical estimation support for proposals&middot; Proficiency with Coordination studies, Short Circuit studies, Load flow, Grounding (Step and Touch) and Harmonic analysis, use of ETAP would be an asset.&middot; Proficiency in using AutoCAD to create JB wiring diagrams and other electrical drawings.&middot; Demonstrate an ability to prioritize activities and stay focused in a dynamic ever-changing environment&middot; Ability to work under time constraints within a project team environment&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.&middot; Proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelRequirements:&middot; Bachelors or higher Degree of Science or Engineering in Electrical Engineering.&middot; At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the oil &amp; gas industry with modular fabrication experience.Job Type: Full-time
