 We are actively searching for an additional teammate who believes in our core values and has a strong desire to succeed. As an entry-level recruiter you will be trained in techniques and strategies to find, source, evaluate and build relationships with skilled professionals.  As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will:
 
 
 
 Be part of a collaborative team that helps each other thrive
 
 
 Train alongside an experienced 7-person team of Recruiting/Sales Representatives
 
 
 Learn how to source and interview talented individuals
 
 
 Take the lead each day on recruiting for new roles
 
 
 Communicate effectively with team members
 
 
 Increase both individual and team success
 
 
 Be able to earn unlimited commission
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements for our Entry Level Recruiter position:
 
 
 
 Self-motivation
 
 
 Good communication skills
 
 
 Enjoys working with people
 
 
 Positive team player
 
 
 A four- or two-year degree
 
 
 Any experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or similar field is ideal
