Keep trucks and equipment running efficiently.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Inspect and repair basic engine components.</li><li>
Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair.</li><li>
Change tires, make brake adjustments, and fix lights.</li><li>
Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on truck &amp; trailers.</li><li>
Maintain complete and accurate maintenance documentation.</li><li>
Operate forklift, ability to drive Truck and Trailer.</li><li>
Follow good housekeeping standards.</li><li>
Welding and fabrication as needed.</li><li>
Make recommendations for process system improvements.</li><li>
Knowledge of industrial safety and OSHA guidelines.</li><li>
All other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum of two years experience with general knowledge of DOT truck maintenance requirements.</li><li>
A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations.</li><li>
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.</li><li>
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more consistently.</li><li>
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Must have strong welding and fabrication skills.</li><li>
Must be highly self-motivated.</li><li>
Team player dedicated to the organization</li><li>
Flexible working hours</li><li>

Transport Mechanic

An Omni Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching company and third-party trucking, as well as, fielding calls from customers.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate freight movements.</li><li>
Dispatch and assign drivers for customers in locations.</li><li>
Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers.</li><li>
Effectively communicate with yard managers to access their transportation/dispatch needs.</li><li>
All other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Required</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other departments and all levels of employees.</li><li>
Must always represent the company in a positive and professional manner to enhance the company&rsquo;s image with employees, leadership, and the public.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate effective time management skills.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.</li><li>
Knowledge of Federal and State DOT regulations.</li><li>
Ability to make quick decisions in an ever changing fast paced work environment.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Transportation Management or related field and/or minimum three years of experience in dispatch.</li><li>
CDL or previous driving experience.</li></ul><div><b>
