What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you&rsquo;ll design and deliver programs that give our sales teams the confidence and knowledge to succeed. You&rsquo;ll collaborate across product, marketing, and clinical teams to create tools and training that drive adoption and impact. This isn&rsquo;t just about building content&mdash;it&rsquo;s about shaping how we connect with customers and deliver outcomes that matter.
You will:<ul><li>
Develop and own enablement programs for new product launches, ongoing education, and sales methodology training across all Omnicell solutions.</li><li>
Create compelling content and tools that drive adoption and engagement, partnering with product management, marketing, instructional design, and clinical teams.</li><li>
Lead training initiatives for new hires and experienced sales professionals using blended learning approaches (virtual, synchronous, asynchronous).</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, clinical consulting, and technical sales engineering teams to ensure alignment and consistency.</li><li>
Measure program effectiveness through KPIs, surveys, and iterative feedback, continuously improving enablement strategies.</li><li>
Optimize enablement platforms and tools to deliver resources efficiently and enhance the learner experience.</li><li>
Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted development solutions.</li><li>
Champion Omnicell&rsquo;s sales methodology, ensuring consistent application across the organization.</li></ul>
Who You Are
You are a strategic thinker and passionate educator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You bring:<ul><li>
5+ years of combined experience in sales enablement, product training, or related roles, ideally within healthcare technology or software.</li><li>
Bachelors degree required</li><li>
Familiarity with healthcare workflows, pharmacy automation, or clinical environments.</li></ul>
Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.</li><li>
Experience collaborating across functions and driving alignment in complex organizations.</li><li>
Expertise in modern learning principles and training techniques, including digital and blended learning.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution.</li></ul>
