Architect Complex Enterprise Solutions</b><br>
Design and validate end‑to‑end architectures that span Omnicell platforms, healthcare integrations, cloud services, and customer IT ecosystems&mdash;ensuring scalability, resiliency, security, and long‑term success.</p><p><b><br>
De‑Risk High‑Value Opportunities</b><br>
Identify technical risks, product gaps, and dependencies early in the sales cycle; create mitigation strategies and phased implementation roadmaps to protect Omnicell and the customer.</p><p><b><br>
Influence Executive Decision‑Makers</b><br>
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, operational impact, and ROI that resonates with CIOs, CTOs, pharmacy leaders, and enterprise architects.</p><p><b><br>

Who You Are</b><br>
<b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or systems integration</li><li>
Hands‑on expertise with HL7, X12, APIs, and/or FHIR healthcare interoperability standards</li><li>
Direct experience working with hospital IT, pharmacy, or clinical leadership teams</li><li>
Proven ability to design and communicate complex, multi‑system technical solutions</li><li>
Strong executive‑level communication, presentation, and facilitation skills</li><li>
Comfortable leading discussions with large groups and C‑level stakeholders</li><li>
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), modern infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application architectures</li></ul><p><b><br>

Day in the Life</b></p><p>
As a Pharmacy Services Automation Pharmacy Technician 4, you step into a critical role, ensuring the seamless daily dispensing of all sterile compounded medications from Omnicell's advanced automated IV equipment. Your role includes:</p><ul><li>
Equipment management, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Material management and movement.</li><li>
Managing optimal medication inventory levels.</li><li>
Diligently reviewing and updating documentation.</li><li>
Effective customer communication for building strong relationships.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>

Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Perform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error free manner, consistent with standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.</li><li>
Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures when handling medications.</li><li>
Responsible for identifying / ordering medications to ensure medication inventories are at optimal levels.</li><li>
Responsible for monitoring and ordering consumable supplies required for the operation of the equipment.</li><li>
Responsible for performing basic troubleshooting and standard maintenance of IV automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the IV TAC.</li><li>
Complete fingertip and media fill sampling.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of communication with pharmacy operations manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism, and responsiveness, by acting as liaison between Omnicell and customer to assist with customer concerns.</li><li>
Conduct training and ensure completion of all required documents and compliance with all Pharmacy Services procedures and policies.</li><li>
Maintain fiscal responsibility for work-related expenses, complete expense reports, adhere to corporate card procedures, per Omnicell travel policies.</li><li>
Comply with reasonable procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility.</li><li>
Maintain national certification and all state required credentialing.</li><li>
Act as a resource or SME, for Omnicell team members, providing training and/or assistance either on site or remotely to ensure optimal workflow.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Basic Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification : PTCB or via NHA, CPhT / EXCPT</li><li>
Active State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration with State Board of Pharmacy, for the State of NC</li><li>
Working knowledge of IV Compounding</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Preferred Knowledge and Skills</b></p><ul><li>
One year of IV Compounding experience.</li><li>
Proficient in the use of PPE and hand hygiene techniques.</li><li>
Working knowledge of sterile environment requirement.</li><li>
Completed an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program.</li><li>
Two years previous experience in hospital pharmacy automation.</li><li>
Basic Troubleshooting Skills with automation devices.</li><li>
Automation implementation experience.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Ability to travel for trainings (paid training)</b></li><li><b>
Able to daily commute to and work daily at client site: 1121 N. Church Street, Greensboro, NC 27401</b></li><li><b>
Able to work M-F, 5 am to 3:30 pm</b> (may subject to change)</li><li>
Hospital Pharmacy environment.</li><li>
8-to-10-hour shifts.</li><li>
Working hours may be outside of normal business hours based on business or project needs.</li><li>
Capable of standing for several hours at a time.</li><li>
Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.</li><li>
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
