 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Producer/Content Creator works on mid‑ to large-scale integrated projects and campaign workstreams, ensuring successful production from concept through delivery. They are skilled at managing complexity, partnering across departments, and delivering creative solutions within scope, schedule, and budget while continually championing the enhancement of craft and creative output.

 Responsibilities

 Manage integrated campaign and content production across video, digital, social, and experiential outputs.

 Oversee project budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables.
 </li>

 Act as the day‑to‑day lead with clients, creative, and internal teams.

 Engage vendors and lead production bidding, contracting, and execution.
 </li>

 Resolve production issues and escalate risks appropriately.
 </li>

 Mentor junior producers and support team growth.
 </li>

 Qualifications

 4+ years of experience producing integrated campaigns or branded content.
 </li>

 Comfortable owning or informing production strategy and decision‑making.

 Excellent communication, financial, and timeline management skills.

 Experience with union and non‑union production and Business Affairs partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated leadership of mid‑ to large‑scale projects.
 </li>

 Cross‑channel production fluency across video, digital, social, and experiential.

 Proven vendor management and budget stewardship.
 </li>

Reports to: North America Lead 
Location: NY or NJ- This is a hybrid role and requires 2- 3 days a week at the Kenvue office in Summit, NJ 
The freelance range for this role is $2200/week. The FL role would start asap, with potential for long term hire. 

ABOUT THIS ROLE 
 
The Account Manager will be responsible for one of the following three categories:
<ul>
<li>Self Care</li>
<li>Essential Health Care Products</li>
</ul>
The Account Manager will be responsible for partnering with the North American Lead to manage the global agency partnership within a larger consumer goods portfolio. The Account Manager will work in tight partnership with the creative and strategy leads for the same category; alongside the teams leading the two other client divisions.

The role combines strategic, client, team, and overall business management and will report to the Category Lead. This role will have responsibility for the health and growth of the client partnership; for the delivery of our work across the skin and beauty division globally; and being a respected thought leader and collaborate with various marketing partners, other client category leads, and other agency partners. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Support Category Leads and clients by enabling them to develop and deliver holistic campaigns, innovative projects, and provide advice regarding change management</li>
</ul><ul><li>Work closely with various internal teams (i.e. Project Management, Strategy, Creative, Production) and ability to communicate clear client direction to those teams</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to drive projects forward autonomously with consultation of team leads, being able to bridge communication gaps, manage project development while bringing a strong understanding of the production process.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Presenting to client audiences at the Manager, Director and Executive level.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure work is meeting client needs/expectations and delivered in a timely manner and within budget.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Contribute to writing creative briefs; ensure that all information necessary for successful completion of the project is gathered from the client, works with project managers to ensure that the client&rsquo;s schedule requirements are met for each project.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assist with creative production requirements and managing timelines including briefing, obtaining internal and external approvals on work and attend video shoots</li>
</ul><ul><li>Responsible for budgeting tasks such as creation of estimates, scope of work and budget tracking.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensures the client&rsquo;s voice is heard and understood by capturing and translating accurate client input and feedback, and providing that information to the team</li>
</ul><ul><li>Able to communicate client priorities, direction, and concerns to the team in verbal and written form</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaboration and integration with partner agencies and various client stakeholders</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to identify new opportunities to grow existing business</li>
</ul><ul><li>Job requires some travel as well as the potential for evening and/or weekend work (specific to video shoots)</li></ul> 


REQUIREMENTS

<li>3 to 5 years of Account Management experience, ideally within an agency setting</li>
</ul><ul><li>Beauty, Skin, or Wellness industry CPG experience</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience working on various types of marketing (print, video, digital and web)</li>

</ul><ul><li>Exceptional presentation skills</li>

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented, fast, and collaborative Sr. Animator to work with our studio team. This role will work with our creative leads to create rich animations to coincide with client videos, both independently and integrated with live action shots. We are looking for a mid to senior-level professional who is quick to adapt to changes in design and direction and still maintains a high level of execution in a fast-paced environment. This ideal candidate will have the perfect blend of design and animation chops paired with a highly creative approach from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Create and deliver animations in various digital formats, including 2D or 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.
</li><li>Design and create characters, backgrounds, and other assets for animation.
</li><li>Rig characters and objects for animation, ensuring they move in a lifelike and appealing manner.
</li><li>Transform footage and narrative scripts into powerful visual stories and highly kinetic pieces for screens of all sizes.
</li><li>Execute compression and scratch -track audio recording as needed.
</li><li>Perform related multimedia functions such as: recording audio, audio and video duplication.
</li><li>Ability to work and create independently, but also interpret, execute, and improve upon other team members concepts and ideas</li>
<li>Ability to present the creative vision and business thinking behind concepts in a coherent and inspiring manner</li>
<li>Collaborate with creative stakeholders and graphic designers to generate storyboards and graphic assets</li>
<li>Understanding client-side branding and vision with regards to speed and timing</li>
<li>Develop templates and maintain asset libraries for use across multiple projects</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>5-8 years of video/motion graphics experience in a web, broadcast, or marketing firm environment</li>
<li>Self-starter from concept to execution</li>
<li>After Effects (Boris FX Mocha and Red Giant Universe). Other BCC and Sapphire plugins are a plus.</li>
<li>Integration with Adobe Premiere</li>
<li>Experience with 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender), plugins (MoGraph, RealFlow, Trapcode)</li>
<li>Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop as well as the ability to transfer layers and effects into After Effects.</li>
<li>Urge to continually expand repertoire by learning new software and techniques</li>
<li>Strong typography, composition, and storytelling abilities</li>
