The Job</b></div><div></div><div><br>
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with top volume Residential Field Service Partners (FSPs), ensuring a best-in-class service delivery experience. You will collaborate closely with Residential Field Service Managers, Onboarding, Dispatch, Compliance, and Procurement teams to support partner performance and engagement. This role reports to the Manager, Partner Account Manager and serves as a key liaison between Omnidian and our FSP network.</div></div>

Partner Relationship Management (40%)</i></div></li><li>
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with high-volume residential FSPs.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, communications, and alignment</li><li>
Establish structured engagement cadences (e.g., QBRs, check-ins, performance reviews)</li><li>
Support Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely payment escalation and resolution</li><li>
Foster mutual growth through transparent and proactive communication</li><li><div><i>
Performance Management &amp; Operational Excellence (35%)</i></div></li><li>
Monitor KPIs and SLAs (volume capacity, turnaround time, dispatch-to-completion ratios)</li><li>
Deliver structured performance reporting and feedback using tools like Salesforce and Sigma</li><li>
Partner with RFSMs to address performance gaps and drive improvement plans</li><li>
Track key operational metrics (dispatch to accepted, accepted to scheduled, etc.)</li><li>
Identify trends to inform strategic partner initiatives</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies and partner satisfaction</li><li><div><i>
Training &amp; Continuous Improvement (25%)</i></div></li><li>
Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance Field Service Network performance.</li><li>
Gather feedback from partners to identify improvement opportunities and implementation strategies.</li><li>

2+ years of Solar Operations experience</li><li>

Demonstrated experience managing external partner or vendor relationships at scale</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics and KPIs</li><li>
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills</li><li>
Intermediate Salesforce skills (reports, dashboards, workflows)</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
