 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven
 
 Senior Sales Executive
 
 with solid experience across
 
 sea, air, and land freight
 
 to support the expansion of our freight forwarding business in the Middle East. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role suited for a self-starter who thrives in the field, builds strong client relationships, and takes ownership of driving revenue growth with consistency and accountability.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1. Sales Development &amp; Revenue Generation

 Execute sales strategy across sea, air, and land freight services.

 Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and gross profit targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients.
 </li>

 2. Client Engagement &amp; Portfolio Management

 Develop and manage a growing portfolio of B2B clients across sectors.

 Strong grasp of pricing, costing, and freight margin structures.
