Designation: Quality Engineer &ndash; Oil &amp; Gas Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Experience Required: More than 2 yearsKey Responsibilities1. Final Inspection &amp; Verification<ul><li>Perform detailed final inspections on pressure-containing equipment, valves, wellhead components, pipelines, structural items, and related oil &amp; gas products.</li><li>Ensure all dimensional, visual, mechanical, and functional characteristics meet approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Verify material traceability, heat numbers, certificates, and MTR conformity.</li><li>Validate welding quality, NDT results, hydrotest reports, and coating/painting compliance.</li></ul>2. Documentation &amp; Quality Records<ul><li>Review and verify final documentation packages, including:</li><li>Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)</li><li>Quality Control Plans (QCPs)</li><li>Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports</li><li>Pressure test reports</li><li>Calibration certificates</li><li>Mill Test Certificates (MTCs/MTRs)</li><li>Ensure all inspection records are complete, accurate, and filed according to company and client requirements.</li><li>Sign off products for release only when fully compliant.</li></ul>3. Compliance &amp; Standards<ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, such as:</li><li>API (6A, 16A, 5L, etc.)</li><li>ASME (Section VIII, IX, B31.3)</li><li>ISO 9001</li><li>Verify compliance with client-specific project specifications and procedures.</li></ul>4. Non-Conformance Identification<ul><li>Identify and report any non-conforming products, materials, or processes.</li><li>Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate with QA/QC engineers to resolve issues.</li><li>Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li></ul>5. Collaboration &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with production, engineering, and NDT teams during final inspection activities.</li><li>Communicate inspection results effectively and professionally.</li><li>Support client and third-party inspectors during audits and final release inspections.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 2-4years in QC/inspection with Machinery company/Manufacturing company &amp; Oil &amp; Gas company.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
