 Job Objective
 
 
 
 The Document Controller is responsible for the effective and organized management of all documentation, communications, and administrative processes related to OMNIYAT development projects. This role supports the Project Director in coordinating project activities, ensuring that records are accurate and easily accessible, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles and responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the Project Director by managing the project calendar and scheduling meetings, milestones, and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel arrangements for the Project Director and project team in collaboration with Admin and Finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate timely processing of payment requests between Quantity Surveyor, Finance, and banks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain official project documentation according to company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and accessible record-keeping for the project team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate expense records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply for necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend project meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and information flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an efficient document control system to track project documents and updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide additional administrative support, including managing correspondence and handling queries.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Experience and Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience as Document controller in Real Estate Development company or Construction company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Time Management, Planning and Organizing, Communication Skills, and Follow-up skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Knowledge of Development Drawings, MS Office, Experience using Oracle and Aconex
 </li>

This role involves assisting in the management of end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and adherence to organisational procurement policies.  Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or equivalent is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably covering Marketing, IT, and administrative procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication and negotiation skills, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and the ability to work under pressure
 </li>
